Reviewed By vivienarohBfast too over 1 hour. Both staff on duty were less than 5 days and said they had only 11 plates. One of our rooms was not cleaned at check in and it took them 4 hours to get it cleaned. Safety lock was broken.

Reviewed By cpaiva22There was lots to do in sylvan but this place Pool was awesome and the staff are great. Rooms are very comfy and have all that you need. The breakfast was ok, lots of parking for the guest even when fully booked

Reviewed By Perola20213The price was extremely reasonable for the inn. I recommend putting handwash in the bathroom so guests do not have to worry about this. I really like how there was salt, pepper and basic kitchen items ready for guests.

Good Pet Friendly Hotel in Sylvan Lake
Reviewed By Jane MFor my experience, this is a great hotel if you have pets and kids. The pet friendly rooms are located on the ground floor. It is easy to either bring in and out the dogs from the front or back door. The hotel has a pool, water slide and hot tub. The hotel is just five minutes to the lake but it is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It is also next door to the theatre or cinema. They have free breakfast and it's across the reception area. On weekdays it's continental and on weekend, there is warm food like sausages and scrambled eggs. There is a waffle maker and you have to make the waffle. The waffle has bad review because nobody to help but the instruction is right there. Put butter first and it's not on the instruction. There is coffee, hot chocolate and tea right by the door. The room has nespresso machine, microwave and fridge. My grown up children enjoyed the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. My only concern is that the pool is on the main level and close to where the elevator is located and sometimes the hallway gets wet. Although, there is proper signage, it can cause slippery. We don't have any issue with the reception and service. Overall, the place is clean.

Reviewed By Jaylene36RUDE RUDE OWNERS!!!!! They have no customer service at all. Very unclean rooms dirty and over priced . I was charged 51.60, but we decided to leave early because of no room clean in 3 nights !! They bumped it up to 155.00 , never ever stay at this place!!!

Serviceable room, great location
Reviewed By chrissM8654TSYou won’t be staying here for any kind of luxury, let’s get that out of the way. Dated, rough around the edges, well used, very tight. But let’s be real, if you are simply looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, this place is just fine. And the customer service is great.
