This Japanese restaurant offers a typical Brazilian treat in the so-called Japanese restaurants: rodizio. Similar to an all-you-eat, you choose as many dishes as you want from a menu and they bring them to your table.The result: you eat too much, too fast and, most probably, a lot of dishes not exactly frehly prepared.I am already fed up with this concept, that in my opinion destroys the Japanese philosophy. This one is just another restaurant of this kind.Place is ok, service is normally friendly, but food quality is not the best.

Slightly above average Brazilian-Japanese restaurant in Petrópolis.Decent location, decent service, nothing to highlight in terms of food.Maybe better for lunch (executive menu), than for dinner, when service and quality doesn't seem to be too consistent.

This place offers just what you would expect from a good rodizio style restaurant.Nice cold buffet, sushi, excellent meat and service that is above average.The cuts and the quality of the meat is outstanding, with a variety that matches the best places in São Paulo.The restaurant is also very comfortable, spacious, quiet even when crowded and with the right temperature, quite surprising in the region.Waiters are very professional and you don't get to be stressed suring the service, which happens very often in the usual churrascarias.Highly recommended.

I visited Tradição Mineira for the first time on Sunday of the Carnival week. The place had a lot of patrons, mostly families, had a varied buffet and a barbecue bar. Good choice for an informal lunch with moderate prices.Thanks for your opinion Paulinho, it is very important for us, we are happy to receive you and give you the best recepcion in our restaurant, you are our visit card.

This place used to be the top by-the-kilo choice in Itaipava. I regret to inform that with the recent price inflation these people have chosen to reduce the quality of the food instead of raising prices. I really regret this, because my work takes me to Iaiapava twice a week and in the past I tended to always choose this place.

I have eaten in this place several times and I have tried most of the other so-called Japanese restaurants in Petrópolis and this is, by far, the best one.Location is nice, service is good and friendly and the food is remarkable.Obviously, it isn't the cheapest option either, , but if you feel like eaten good Japanese food, this is the place.
