Port Verd del Mar

The position of this restaurant is gorgeous - our table was right on the sea front on a tiny Terrace with waves crashing beneath us. The restaurant is heart-stoppingly pretty, designed in the most tasteful way possible with white drapes around the main dining area further away from the sea. Waiters in pale blue polo shirts and white shorts are very stylish and efficient. Moreover, our meal had some real stand-out dishes, namely the delicious tapas starter, and perfectly seared steak, which could not have been tastier. Decent desserts too. A place so perfectly situated and designed - a wonderful venue for a special occasion - could be expected to be very expensive, but it wasn't. Wines are sensibly priced and we paid 120 euros for the two of us, which is not bad compared with other restaurants in the area. It's a must-go place!

Best restaurant we visited whilst on holiday. A bit difficult to find but if you turn off the Promenade at Per Tots and walk up the road, cross first road then carry on and next junction you will see the green wall of Chiacchiere. Every thing here is homemade from pasta to bread to desserts to mains. Treat yourself you won't be disappointed. We had 1st visit Spaghetti Bolognase Very tasty, Huge portion! Duck in pepper sauce delicious, Tiramasu best ever and chocolate and coconut tarte (cake to us Brits) Yum! 2nd visit Chicken curry not hot but very tasty, chicken with mushroom sauce also very tasty, lemon sorbet in Vodka! strong and delicious and stracciatella torte (cake) divine. Very reasonable prices too! Service very friendly, will explain any of the items you don't know excellent English spoken, on the second visit did have to wait a short while but well worth it and as they were busy obviously other people think so too! Don't miss out.

we discovered the restaurant by chance, and we went there 2 nights in a roll for dinner! (if not we are leaving the next day we don't mind to go again 3rd night! )
food was fresh and delicious, all meat/seafood were freshly prepared on the grill. the service was bit slow but thats not an issue, we were not in a hurry. price is also reasonable for a holiday destination.

Sa Punta

Traditional mediterranean cuisine based on local products from the island of Majorca, specialized in fresh fish and seafood, lobster and soup rice with lobster under reservation. Classic cocktails with twists that innovate with homemade foam, syrups and infusions. This restaurant completes the mediterranean landscape for more than 20 years.

I am lucky enough to live and eat out in London, one of the best cities in the world! Even with currency headwinds forcing the pound to almost parity, this restaurant is simply too expensive! Yes, there is cliff top dining area with the potential for a sunset over the Mediterranean but, I'll be honest, this isn't 100% unique.
We paid 125e for 2 starters / 2 mains / 2 glasses of house wine / 2 cocktails. The food was ok but not Michelin star equivalent that this price commands in London.
Service was pleasant, attentive and timely albeit occasionally struggled on the language barrier. The last part not a huge problem for me as I am in someone else's country and carry no domestic language skills. The lady on the table next to me didn't share the same ethos. The duty manager was receiving her full feedback on our departure.
Should one except more for 125e for 4 plates of food and 4 drinks?

The name says it all Stanley's Tearoom for that is what it is, simply an English tearoom in the Sunshine.
The place is clean, the service was prompt and the food and drink was as expected..
It is difficult to wax lyrical about a cup of tea and a scone, but simply a pleasant place to while away the time.

Lovely little Italian restaurant on the corner of the main square. We didn't book and luckily got the last table. The seafood pasta was packed with clams, mussels, prawns, squid, calamari....and a bargain at only 14 euros. Would recommend for a good value dinner.

Restaurante Es Cruce

Reviewed By Inayellowshirt

we found this restaurant by accident when taking an extended drive in order to get our little girl to sleep. It wasn't our intended place to eat but looked welcoming and a more local experience which we prefer to the tourist heavy places.
There was a good selection on the menu and we were recommended some items including the lamb shoulder which I went for.
It was cooked to perfection and just fell off the bone. My partner had the steak, which was a little tough but still nice.
For desert we were recommended the house special which was a bit like an ice cream creme Catalonia, with some berries and it was lovely.
Pricing was above average but it was a highly enjoyable meal.
