Benvenuti al ristorante “Mastin Vecchio “ nome che evoca alla memoria la famiglia dei Malatesta della quale Mastino fu il principale artefice sia per la fortuna politica che per quella economica della Signoria. Più noto alla storia, forse fu il figlio Paolo famoso per la vicenda amorosa con Francesca.Ed era tra queste mura di pietra, il legno antico delle travi e le grotte misteriose che si ha l’impressione di rivivere quei tempi.Cercheremo di allietare la Vostra serata con menù composti da prodotti selezionati e ricercati sul territorio a seconda della reperibilità stagionale. La nostra cucina propone cibi genuini e cerca nella semplicità il modo per assaporare al meglio gli ingredienti. Le carni proposte sulle nostre tavole sono il frutto di una attenta e accurata selezione tra le migliori fattorie nazionali e estere. Ciò non toglie un ampio spazio dedicato ai piatti vegetariani. Nicely set atmosphere and decor. Service is optimal and food is prepared with a very nice and fancy touch. Menu changes regularly and always includes local tastes! Nice wine selection to choose from.

party of seven of us went on sat night, no one left disapointed, the pizzas were really good, steak tartare was full of flavour as was the piadina, the burger was the best i can remember(and ive had a lot of burgers, if you saw the size of me) juicy, flavoursome and cooked to perfection the crispy pancetta slices really worked with the sauted onions, its put me off burgers for now, because it will take a long time to beat that flavour combination again.

Just a short walk up from the center of town, you will find this amazing restaurant (there is parking up there as well). They often hold weddings and parties on their upstairs patio. Inside the restaurant, the ceiling is dotted with small lights and the walls are lined with large windows to observe the beautiful views. They have a nice wine list. The cappellitti en brodo is fantastic--served in a large ceramic covered bowl, they are unusual circular cappellittis and their filling is divine! The pastas were also delicious. We shared a grigliata as a main, which was huge, and the sausage will go down as the best sausage I have ever eaten anywhere. They serve you complementary rich chocolate truffles with your espresso. The place is packed with locals. The service was great as well. We would go back.

As i was staying in the hotel, this was the easiest (and also the best) choice! My choice was calzone, it was good, just as expected to be. Menu is huge (if you cant find suitable pizza among 40 different ones) you can pick some pasta or meat.

I think the only issue for this place is that .... is not easy to find. All the rest is very nice. The athmosphere, the food, the staff .. everything was very excellent. I chosed the mix bruschette (very good) and a rice with sea food (excellent the use of the Carnaroli rice - very well cooked). Before the dishes I ordered they offered a delicious cream of parmisa. I had half bottle of wine. The coffee was served with an excellent mix of cookies. Well ... the price is incredible cheap ... just 25 euro!!!!!! So if you want to spend a dinner in a nice place with good food ... find this place and will be not disappointed

Had an amazing evening complete with live music and dancing at La Fratta on our last evening in Italy. The view is amazing once you enter the courtyard! The service was unparalleled to any of the restaurants we dined at on our entire trip to Italy. The manager made certain our group was completely satisfied with the courses of delicious cuisine and kept our glasses full of Italian vino!! What a fantastic end to our trip. Can't wait to visit once again when we travel back to Italy from California. Thank you!!

Following the advice of a local, we hit upon this trattoria in a hard to find area of RSM, far from any touristy spot. The venue is unpretentious but offers a nice panoramic view to the surrounding hills. The home-made food was simply divine, the best we ever had in Italy, up until now. The pizza was wood-oven cooked to perfection. We had great vongole spaghetti and grilled fish dish. The tartuffi at the end was light and sweet. The service was perfect, attentive but not too intrusive. We saw only local customers, mostly family with kids.
Overall a great restaurant, well worth the effort of finding it.

Either you book a table in advance or you come early (or very late), otherwise it’s almost not possible to get a table. Despite the fact that the restaurant was booked out we didn’t have to wait long for the dishes to be served. The waiters are all very quick and attentive. We can recommend the tasty three course menu with a delicious dessert (a piece of their huge cakes you can admire in the fridge) at the end. The bill was rather low, compared to the amount of what we drank and ate. Satisfied of this delicious dinner we gave a generous tip (20%).

Nice location on Piazza Libertà. We had varieties of small piadinas as starter, but their taste were mostly bland and boring. Our mains were good, especially the cockerel (small chicken). The pork rib with mashed potatoes was good too, but would be much better with some kind of rich sauce or gravy. We intended to have desserts, but due to slow service throughout the meal we changed our minds and asked for the check instead. They did have freshly squeezed orange juice - very delicious.
