I loved this mini country and its medieval attractions. This castle and tower are fun to walk around. Not much to see inside (no furniture to speak if or rooms fixed up), but the view in every direction is phenomenal. If you like taking photos, make sure to climb to the top. Beautiful place and interesting capital city to walk around

Verucchio is a beautiful, small, historic Italian city with ancient roots and fantastic food. The Fortress/Castle and the Archaeological Museum were highlights for my 10-year-old son and myself. Archaeological Museum staff were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful.

As a massive SIC fan it was a must for me to visit as I was staying in nearby Ravenna.
The lady on the desk as you enter the musuem was very good and expressed that she would help with any questions about Marco.
If you find yourself near Coriano or Rimini or Italy and are a massive MotoGP fan you have to visit.

Funivia San Marino

This is a very good way to enter the ancient town of San Marino. The short, and not too expensive (8 €), ride from Borgo Maggiore to the extreme northern point of the San Marino rock offers nice views and direct access to the center of the historical city. But please be aware that the last run down again is already at 8 pm during summer time.
