Ok so anyone who knows me knows i'll say it as it is.Finished working shift and couldn't wait to grab bite to eat. Or be waited on for that matter. The reason I say this is that two members of staff noticed me walk through the door but didn't even have dignity to welcome or serve me. Staff number one took great delight in talking to his friend. Nice to see business is good. This in turn left staff number two. Five minutes into process and lights were on but no one home. As it turns out her friends come in so in turns I am ignored as customer. Oh well wouldn't be a first if you catch my drift. By then I'm out the door. When staff can't see you it's one thing but when they can't see that customers walk out the door due to poor performance one has to ask why they opened business in first place.Sign on window asked for tripadvisor feedback as they clearly needed to buy a few fans (if any).Called Istanbul and wondered if this was the distance I would have to go to get great food (would have been quicker and worth it). They wanted me to take to tripadvisor should have been careful what they wished for.One cold rotten turkey.Scott RollandScott,On behalf of Emre (owner) I apologise for this rotten level of service. Please be assured that the contents of your post have been passed onto him. This is definitely NOT the level of service the business would want to achieve.

Have had pizzas quite a few times from here, but only in conjunction with vouchers or deals as frankly the prices are ridiculous without them. No problems with the food always enjoyed and so have the kids. However, on premises I wasn't impressed. Got sent in by a friend on way home from work to get these apparently fabulous cookies her daughter craved. Walked to the counter and looked down length of kitchen area. Couple of staff spraying and cleaning what did look like a nice clean kitchen/prep area. One girl standing further back folding boxes into piles or some such. Everyone ignores me for a couple of minutes until the folding girl finally stops what she is doing and languidly strolls up the kitchen towards me and says "yes?" I say "hi I'm in for these apparently amazing cookies but can't see any posters or menu etc. what types do you have?""Just cookies. One type" she says."Oh that'll be them then" I say. "how much are they?""3.99" she says!!! - for 4 blooming cookies?! *Bearing in mind you can get 15 cookies from Subway for that, 10+ from any supermarket and who knows what from any Bakers shop I don't know what I was expecting*Anyway I say I'll take them, the girl rings up the money and turns around and walks away down kitchen to her previous position without another word. I stand there. Hmm wonder what's going on? Stand some more. Is anyone getting my cookies I think? Nope I see cleaning and folding going on. And standing. So I stand and fidget. Nothing to look at or read or do so I watch the staff avidly to see if they've remembered I'm here (the only one here)After 10 minutes that felt like 30, my friend rings from the car outside to ask me what I'm doing/what's taking so long. I say I don't know I'm standing here like a pudding and getting annoyed now. Folding girl then moves around behind a counter near other staff, and materialises with a cardboard box with what appears to be oft-used burnt and singed silicon paper hanging out it and hands it to me without a word. I say thanks and turn to leave, and have a quick peek in this apparent box of Manna from Heaven. You're having a laugh Dominos. 4 quid for 4 Jaffa-cake sized doughy squidgy cookie 'lumps'? Mugs buy these? Anyway, that's their prerogative. However I got served by a cabbage. Don't know if she was crabby, slightly 'licht', baked (not like the cookies) or just lazy and mannerless and poorly-trained, but if that's typical of her application and customer service she should not have a job. Lastly, 4 quid for 4 poxy cookies? Really? Hah!

After being out for a night in Kirkcaldy with some friends they decided to go here for something to eat, my I add I was driving so was aware of everything that was going on, I watched the staff in here serve the customers and to me depending on how drunk you were determined how much you got charged, my friend ordered 1 pizza and a bag of chips and got charged £11.30, when I challenged the staff about this they said they where sorry they made a mistake !!!!!!how many other mistakes do they make in a night when the customers seam to have had one to many ??? will never be back ....if you do go here make sure your getting charged the wright price ! I am glad you noticed and didn't get robbed, we have had change of staff since and have CCTV installed to make sure neither customers nor I get robbed!Sorry for your experience and hope your friend enjoyed his pizza.

Fish, nice size, 2 bits with crispy batter, chip steak juicy with crispy batter and chippy pizza all cooked perfectly. Chips were nicely done too with a healthy helping in each portion. Servers were polite and well presented the food was served up quickly and was still piping hot when I got home.

My husband and I visited along with the in-laws for a birthday meal. On arrival a manager asked, rather shortly, if we had booked a table. Although we had, she certainly gave the impression that it would have been a problem otherwise. Anyway, we all ate from the early evening menu which was really good value at 3 courses for £15. The portions were large and food tasty. I particularly enjoyed my verde tortellini! The disappointing thing was the cost of the drinks!! We will definitely go back but maybe just have soft drinks to lower the bill!
