Having read some of the good reviews, we made a point to taste their pizza. We couldnât believe how good it was, so close to a perfect representation of a Neapolitan Vera Pizza â¦.and that without a wood-fire oven. Great dough texture, soft, easy to fold. Thatâs it. The way it âmustâ be. The owner told us to have invested in an oven capable to reach over 400 degrees so that pizza could bake in less than 90 seconds, as it should and must. Oh, so nice to talk about âpizza scienceâ with someone with understanding and knowledge, even in Germany! It makes you think, whatâs wrong with all those âpseudo-Italianâ restaurants that build wood-brick-oven but have absolutely no clue on what to do with it. Kudos to Sfizio. Dresden! Do not take Sfizio for granted, appreciate what you have, it is NOT common. BTW, we met the pizza-baker, he was from Napoli. Of course! Make sense! How else would he know the Truth!

Food here was just OK. It's a modified fast food place where you order at a counter and someone brings you your food. Both of our pasts dishes were ordinary. I make much better at home.

Very welcome place, good friendly host.Food, wide selection of fresh pasta's, pizza and meat/fish. A friend introduced us to this restaurant very close to the Steigenberger Hotel where we were staying for a week.We ate there several times after that and loved the pineapple and ham pizza (only one large size), Lasagne, Rigatoni Gorganzola, Mango Salad, Caesar Salad, Tomato Soup, and Chicken Salad. The service was great and the atmosphere was lively. Many young people were enjoying the food inside and outside on their patio.Ciao Cheri,Thank you very much for giving us a good rating. We were pleased to have you with us. And we're glad you enjoyed your meal. As you may have noticed, all our dishes are freshly prepared âá la mammaâ in our open kitchen. we had dinner there twice and the pasta dishes where really delicious and perfectly prepared. Try the Tagliolini with truffle oil mixed in a big Parmesan cheese which they do not have on the menu card but make for customers if asked to do so. Unfortunately the service was not really good on both evenings. the home-made desserts are lovely.

Had some of the best pasta I've ever had here. I had dinner and chose the Mediterranean pasta with different vegetable and it was delicious. Perfectly Al dente pasta which is freshly homemade. Service was friendly and price was good, so I can recommend this place to anybody loving Italian food.
