yes ... we found ourselves in the atmosphereof a great family chicken place!we'd just come off the road on a great evening!wow----------they've changed !!!!they have a whole new family of great recipes &our supper was totallly awesome !way to go KFC.. RIGHT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KFC I assume has a standard. This place was clean but it smelled like a deep fryer from your house, didnt smell like the recipie type chicken. No forks for use. The chicken tasted weird. And the gravey was like some instant mix you get from the grocery store. All in all it was a horrible place to eat

I went through the drive through twice on my last trip to Prince Albert. We were able to get quick service and accurate orders. The food was hot and it tasted good. Basic egg mcmuffin meals for all three of us.Quick and accurate service. Hot food. Good drive through. I'm very happy with my experience at this location.

We went into their bar side called Bugsy's to enjoy some casual drinks. So to start the night off, we all sit down and this extremely rude woman starts shouting "IDs, IDs!!" Usually you Great people you're expecting a tip from in a humanly manner but this woman was absolutely disrespectful for no reason. She wouldn't allow us to get beer pitchers for a group of 15, and when our small cups came it was at least a 20 minute wait, the wings took over an hour to arrive, and she was telling us we "better be out at 12pm or else" which is not acceptable when you get your food at 1145. Personally I think that's my last time visiting this establishment. Management is obviously lazy in their hiring process and the place was overall dirty. Bathrooms gross, lobby gross, and tables gross. Wouldn't recommend

This restaurant is for the challanged employees and is outstanding in what they accomplish. The service and quality of food is great. The new menu is an improvement and the result is a great increased clienteleBesides the menu they also offer a daily buffet for breakfast and lunch

The first time I went to this specific franchise I wasn't impressed, however it had just opened. I went to some other franchises in other cities and loved their menu. I eventually gave the Prince Albert one another chance and it had improved substantially. Although not my favourite Fatburger, I can at least recommend you going there for a big delicious burger.

Our large group of 22 made a reservation on short notice to have a celebratory meal while visiting Prince Albert. From start to finish the staff were remarkable. Very friendly, polite and efficient! Our meals ranged from salads, soups, tacos, ribs, steaks and everything in between! Not a single complaint! All very delicious!Many thanks to the staff for a memorable night and great service!Thank you so much for the amazing review! I am as big a Montana's fan as anyone. I have been to the Prince Albert Montana's a number of times. It started off great but the service is really becoming poor. The food is usually good, if the waiter/ress can get the food order correct. The management really needs to come to terms that their wait staff needs a lot of work. Because I want to go back but when the orders are always wrong, it makes this difficult. Please note that this experience was June 2018, maybe its gotten better, I sure hope so.Hi Charles, we're sorry to hear about your past experience with us. This was my 2nd time here passing thru PA. The patio on the south side gets plenty of sun. I had the steak sandwich. The portion size was about a 6 oz sirloin that was marinated for about $25. It had a nice flavor, but before you know it, it was gone. The Caesar salad was very nice, but same thing...city portions! I pay a couple of bucks more to get a real steak.On the up side, service was really good.
