A very comfy place
Reviewed By alittlemermaidI stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service. 2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes. Anyways, it's a great stay, Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

Reviewed By jcgonzalezgGreat hotel. Good experience and very comfortable, It has a piano in the lobbie, and clients may play it if they know how to do so. The room is huge and has almost a living room for 4 people, so if you plan to have a meeting, your room may be a possibility.

Reviewed By Adriana JThe hotel is beautiful, the view in the moornings and the sunsets are stunning. We stayed in two different kinds of rooms the grand suite and de gran suite with terrace, both were great. The staff were very helpfull. I have a recommendation for the breakfast it is basic for the kind of the hotel, it can be improved, with a breakfast buffet.

An excellent choice in Bucaramanga
Reviewed By FrenchTraveller001Great rooms with everything working well, which is unusual in Colombia. Furthermore beds were extremely comfortable and water pressure was excellent. Staff are great and very professional. They are always there to help. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and quality products. There was a long queue at breakfast on the first day. The access to the car park was too small for a large 4WD. The pool was more like a large bathtub than a real pool.

No room for improvement ( although I’m glad the cricket we found in our room during the day — at first we had no idea what the noise was, until the owner showed us the cricket — did not reappear at night!) The hotel is small, family-owned + run and a perfect place to rest ( if you, like us, do a lot of running around in Colombia!)

Reviewed By 66dudeIt is very clean and the staff are great. Next to the Mall is a big plus. We have stayed there three times and we always are very pleased. The breakfast is good but not free. The views are really nice and the rooms are quiet. Stay here you will not regret it.

Reviewed By AndrewC02Stayed here at the end of our tour. This hotel was a great relief with very comfortable beds and air conditioning as the weather we had experienced to date was hot. The rooms and food are great. Staff are excellent including some English speaking (handy sometimes). I would start here again and easily recommend it to any travveller visiting Bucaramanga.

Reviewed By BaliWellnessRetreatWe stayed at this hotel at the last minute. It is located in the middle of some bars, huge supermarket (I think it was Exito) ATMs in the area etc. The hotel is nothing fancy, but if you need a quick layover...in town, this could be an option

Reviewed By D3884KApeterjI had a massage in the hotel "spa" (massage room), the worst in my life. I suspect common vegetable oil was used as my expensive shirt is permanently stained and ruined. I needed to put it back on to find my wife for the room keys. It took a 30 min shower to get the goop off. She had mixed exfoliating pumice stuff into oil at the end. The metal spring device she tried to use to massage my scalp I had seen at some tourist stores gave "chills" and was unbearable. Other devices were rubbed on my back. The foot massage portion hurt. Clearly NOT a professionally trained person. Juice/milk drink and tomato soup consumed by 3 out of 4 of us. Us 3 became violently ill. Only concession was they gave us a 6:00 pm check out as we rested recovered after horrible night of little sleep. Two in group were Colombians and used to local food.... Dusty ceiling fans in rooms threw off dust when turned up for hot day.
