We had an amazing experience this morning! Great coffee, the crepes with ricotta cheese were amazing and the omelette were just like home! To make it all better, the prices were great! We will definitely return on our trip back to Salinas! Also the family who owns the restaurant was super friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend!

Since I am French, I was intrigued by this socalled French restaurant. The ambiance is excellent, the decorations are very nice and the staff was attentive. The French onion soup was a disappointment. The onions were overcooked and extremely mushy. The croutons and the cheese were served on the side and you needed to add it to the soup. Having eaten (and prepared myself) French onion soup for ages, this one does not measure up to any French soup I have eaten before. Don't waste your money on this dish. To be fair, I did not try anything else (so I cannot comment on other food) nor will I return anytime soon.

Samuel does a great job with hosting and serving really good food. We had a late lunch (the best American style hamburger and fries yet in Ecuador) and and early dinner (the California Burrito and Surf & Turf Burrito were both excellent). Finished off dinner with a chocolate milkshake, carrot muffin and cappuccino - all delicious. Better still, all were 1/2 off for expats. Samuel offers 1/2 off everything on the menu on Thursdays and Fridays. Highly recommended.
