Reviewed By 288cihanvHilas is a boutique hotel located just outside a peaceful village and town Ladik. We visited the area for a family wedding with our children. Hayrettin and Cemalettin are all very friendly staff making the experience a memorable one for us. The food is of top quality standard. The only suggestion I would make is if you visit the spa to get massages or other treatment done in the family rooms located on the ground floor as they are more spacious and private. Thermal water throughout the property, pool, hamam etc. The grounds are spacious, public can also visit to use for picnics, bbq, tea or at the cafe. There is a market to meet your needs. No alcohol. A amazing place to visit if you wish to relax, unwind, get some sun, massages, treatment, recharge and eat handpicked fresh local produce all selected by F & B Manager, Cemalattin. ****.

Reviewed By lahoucineabounasserThe hotel is in an industrial zone with a couple of venues within walking distance (no shuttle to center of Samsun as advertised on the hotel’s website) . Breakfast buffet is below average , coffee that is nothing but water , no juices. The bright sight is the staff .

Reviewed By Sunshine05133820374The hotel was good and the location perfect with good beach and swimming pool the reception not helpful when you call him for problem they will take time to answer and they will not help you until you go for them, I send my clothes for laundry but they return wrong cloths for me and for checkout I wait 45 minutes until I finish my check out.

I would recommend Bussiness Travellers, Families & holiday maker's or Overnight stays don't go pass this Hotel. Prices are very affordable Walking distance to Downtown or Liv Hospital Service & Hygienic Environment make it very welcoming in a Positive atmosphere.

Dirty rooms and leaking washrooms
Reviewed By DxbKhurramUnfortunately our stay at this hotel was the worst ever in all of our travels. We took the The Triple Room with Sea View. The view is good but the room was very dirty, there were spots on the carpet and it was very dirty. The wash room was in an even terrible condition. The hairdryer stand was broken and there was mold on the tub. When I took shower, I found out the tub was leaking profusely and the water was about to go into the room! We asked the staff to change the room and they did offer us another room. Unfortunately that other room was also very dirty. We thought of checking out and go to another Hotel but since our stay was for two days so we decided to endure this and complete our stay. This hotel needs renovation badly. I definitely will not recommend this to anyone in its current state.

Reviewed By 518saribAnamon Hotel Let's start with the less good things: bad internet, although free but constantly disconnecting and coming out very uncomfortable and very unfriendly Entrance tickets to the rooms do not always work, there was a day when I changed 4 times entrance tickets to the room, really not friendly And the elevators have 3 elevators that only worked 2, and the waiting time for the elevator also reached 3 minutes The good things about the hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the view of the city is seen from the windows, the rooms, the dining room and the restaurant The reception staff and hotel staff are kind and courteous The dining room is clean and organized and the food is delicious at all meals while maintaining hygiene Spa floor Pool and gym: Relatively small pool and strong chlorine smell, good fitness equipment, and good spa center, ask Madi, she is great in massage treatments Good parking And the location is great, close to public transport, close to a large mall, and to the sea within walking distance you can reach major sites and the market area.

Reviewed By John WWe always stay at this hotel and go for a morning walk down by the waterfront where you will see historical statues of Mustafapasa Kemal, Ataturk, arriving by ship. There are many options for breakfast which is included with the room.

That being said I totally enjoyed my stay. Our room was just fine and we had a great view of the sea. The staff was quite helpful and the food was just fine. Loved the breakfast. As far as Turkish breakfast in a hotel goes, it was pretty good with a lot to choose from. I liked where the hotel was located for the most part as we were able to navigate Samsun quite easily from there. Great restaurants and a mall not all that far away. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! The furniture in the lobby alone would bring me back. Thanks for a great stay!

Bad experience
Reviewed By Navigate45727914794I had a very bad experience with this hotel, the room was very dirty and the workers weren’t nice. Breakfast was normal, butI don’t think the kitchen it is prepared in is clean either. definitely don’t recommend this hotel it isn’t a 4 star hotel. Not even worth 1 star.
