Weâve been to that place with my darling and were shocked by everything...The waiter was very rude (joking , constantly sharpened and unconfident) (didnât know anything about the dishes),the main course was quite bad ,mainly the taste and the condition.So if you want to spoil your mood and evening,go on ,and have some fun...;-) but if youâre looking for something special itâd better to find another place!Cheers!

Unfortunately not. First impression was excellent, Italian people working in the restaurant, wonderful aromas everywhere. Dream starts to come true, we discover the hidden Pearl of Russia. And....nightmare starts. Pizza was not tasty, no spices in tomato sauce, certainly not homemade and very dry cheese, penne not cooked not al dente, with salmon completely dry and warm up on microwave, how is it possible. We even did not eat them as it was so untasteful Caprese salad with burrata, burrata was so dry and so big (size of a grapefruit), 1 dry tomato and 2 leafs of iceberg salade. Risotto alla marinara was prepare in 5 mn And serve in the same time than the pasta. It is impossible, risotto needs20 mn. Rice was not carnaroli or arborio and frozen seafood, no salt added or peppers.And icing on the cake, all meals were serve in the same time. Everything was prepare during cooking time of a pizza. It means 10mn( for penne, captées And risotto, impossible fir fresh and tasty meals)Do not go there, package give promises but the present has absolutely no taste.Never again, a shame. People are not stupid and same level of price than Moscow where it is much better

I visited the cafe several times this year. They provide a good variety of rolls. Of course, the cuisine is far away from real authentic Japanese food. Pros:1. Pretty good price for rolls. 2. Good variety. 3. Convenient location. 4. Nice ambiance. 5. Window view on the pedestrian area. Cons:1. Very long awaiting time. Last time I had been waiting 55 minutes for my order. 2. Stony faced and short waitresses. 3. Customers MUST think several times before coming here in warm weather. Climate control system does not work properly or the cafe is not equipped with a conditioner. It was REALLY REALLY REALLY SWELTERING inside!I will NEVER come back to the cafe if it is hot outside.

We were trying some of the other restaurants in Samara. On place we were waiting 35 minutes and then left without being able to give an order. BUT at this restaurant the staff is attentive and effective. The kitchen hasn't got the largest menu, but food was very good.

I was in this restaurant on August, 13 with my friend. We don't live in Samara but we heard about this chain and decided to visit for a lunch. We consulted their website in advance. Looked perfect (on their website). But when we came, the problems started to emerge. First, we were told that credit cards were NOT accepted. There was NO ATM nearby, so we had to walk for about 40 min to find an ATM and withdraw some cash. Second, when we sat down, we were told that they served NO business lunch. Really? Why do you advertise it on your website?! Ok... It was very hot, btw. We wanted some gazpacho (it was offered in the advertised yet unavailable business lunch, that's why we wanted to go for it). We were given some fest menu (seasonal, I guess) with gazpacho on the list. So we decided to order the full price gazpacho (since we were denied a business lunch one). No surprise: THEY SERVED NO gazpacho at all. Even that seasonal one was unavailable. And of that seasonal menu, only SOME (not all) drinks were available. PERFECT, guys. No apologies were offered. The waiters seemed untouched by our testy looks. We had to order some pizza and soft drinks and call it a day. The value of course was not great as it was full price while we were aiming at the business lunch. The worst thing: the restaurant did exactly NOTHING to alleviate our concerns. The offered no discount, no apologies, no nothing. The food was OK. The signature steak is amazing. Very well made and served with pepper gravy. The capreza was nice, but pasta and pizza are just ok. Overall worth a visit, try to order meat.

I went twice to the restaurant in my visit to Samara for the World Cup. First time, I went with some friends. The restaurant was packed. I ordered the Allsorts grande (steaks mix) and I had to wait more than an hour. The meal was really good but I was angry to have to wait so long. My friends ordered pastas and they were delivered faster. I tried it by myself the next day and was also packed. I went by myself this time but it took more than 10 minutes to be attended. I asked several times to the waiters. I ordered the beef raviolis and they were good. Yesterday we went for dinner with family and relative. Meal was good but, not enough for 5 stars. Add usual for these Perchini restaurants price are little higher than usual, but almost nothing special. Another strange thing may be on so unlucky, every perchini service where ever I have ever been they are champions of very long service. Even if there only few guests, they can manage to serve food slooowly.
