Nice Hotel in a great location
Reviewed By David BLocated in a small hamlet that consists of the hotel and a farm, this place is a wonderful rural getaway. The scenery is wonderful and there a number of great places to visit just a short drive away. Additionally the hotel is on a network of walking trails that range from simple to quite a challenge. The farm provides some of the atmosphere to the location. We woke up one morning to the sound of cow bells on actual cows. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony that overlooked the garden and pool. We were there in June so there were some flies around (its a farm), but they weren't biting flies and were mostly outside. The restaurant is very good. We had breakfast there and had dinner a couple of times. The English menu is a subset of the full German menu but the staff were able to explain some of the items not listed. For the most part the service was excellent. There was one waiter who was incredibly rude but when we brought that to the owners attention she apologized and dealt with the issue. Otherwise the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Restaurant.
Reviewed By CockyrobWe tried for a meal at another restaurant which was fully booked for two days! I asked for a recommendation and they came up with this wonderful alternative. Small, cosy atmosphere, great food. Burgers were quality, packed full of meat and my Ham Hock (Schweinaxe) was the best I had tasted throughout our stay. Excellent service, quality food and great value. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Reviewed By Sofie06_07I've booked 3 rooms for our group. There is a great difference of how expensive it is to book at füssen than to this pension house. Our room is spacious and we had a big balcony. Bathroom is spotless clean. The only thing that I don't like is that they only put a mattress cover at my daughter's extra bed and not really a bedsheet. They served cheese, coldcuts, bread, juice, yogurt and cappuccino at breakfast. We just stayed overnight since our main purpose is to visit the castle and old town of Füssen. The place is 15 mins from füssen and 15 mins going to the castle. We arrived a bit late since we came from our trip at Innsbruck, the journey at the countryside going to füssen is romantically breathtaking. We ate our dinner at their restaurant, we were satisfied coz food is good and not expensive at all.

Sono presenti due letti ad armadio per bambini, ideale per famiglie. Unica pecca i cuscini scomodi. Colazione abbondante dolce/salato. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili! Qualche problema di comunicazione in lingua inglese.

We have five holiday flats and an organic farm with cows, calfs, chickens and rabbits. From the holiday flat you have a wonderful view to the Forggensea, the castle Neuschwanstein and the mountains.
