Enorme oportunidad de mejorar su Servicio al cliente
Reviewed By Olga Lucia MAunque el hotel tiene un diseño moderno en parte del mobiliario, el servicio tiene grandes oportunidades de mejorar. Las habitaciones tienen ventilador (no tienen AC), baño (solo agua fría), no tiene nevera, se ven tuberías y cables expuestos, y una pequeña ventana. Las camas son cómodas pero muy pequeñas. No ofrece desayuno, ni parqueadero. Mala relación calidad-precio.

Reviewed By svatyvaclavCasa Constantino is small hotel, rustic with great atmoshere and host. It is more of a bed and breakfest then a hotel, but the owner is european architect and it shows!!! Original, clean and comfortable. Recommend to whoever find him or herself in Neiva or Rivera, Huila.

Quaint lovely place
Reviewed By Ali0511A family run hotel. My sister Cathrine recently stayed here and was greeted by one of the family member who was so welcoming. The place was super clean breakfast was lovely. I met the other members of the family who treated me as if I was part of theirs making my experience all the better.

un bonito lugar
Reviewed By gustavoooooes un lugar agradable, bien aseado, con comodas habitaciones y camas, con mucha amabilidad de parte de sus propietarios y con un precio muy razonable para todo lo que ofrece, ademas queda muy cerca de los termales la rivera y se puede dejar el auto en el hotel e ir a pie al termal.

Reviewed By astu4487Si deseas visitar los termales de Rivera huila, puedes alojarte en este sitio mágico, está muy cerca de los termales y otros sitios turísticos, la atención es inigualable, el lugar es muy hermoso y tiene mucha naturaleza, solo está a 12 minutos de los termales y a 6 del parque central de Rivera, Un lugar para desconectarse completamente.
