Visited twice during my stay,once for tea and cake and once for evening meal.The view is the best around and sitting outside at sunset is great.The only thing that spoiled the evening visit was the chain smoking customers at the next table,thats the problem with allowing smoking in the gardens.Food and drink were good and reasonably priced.

Sat outside on a very hot evening and ate the lambsteaks,so nice to escape from the usual pork overload. Food was superb,staff were friendly and prices were reasonable.I was in Germany for 10 days and i think i enjoyed this meal the best.

After a 30 minute climb from Bad Ems on the hottest day of the year i was looking forward to a great view and tea and cake and was not disappointed.Not sure what the main meals are like but the welcome was good and the location is superb.

They combine hotel and restaurant which was one of the reasons why I choose this place.Upon arrival, I found out that the restaurant was closed that evening (Tuesday). Unfortunately I did not notice or see this when booking the hotel. So I had to go to Bad-Ems for dinner.When I just finished installing in my room, the manager came to excuse themselves for having given me a wrong room. I refused to change since I just unpacked.Breakfast started only from 08h30, no problem for just once since my next appointment was only in the afternoon. So I could prepare before having breakfast.Next morning, nobody in the restaurant but another 4 guests... After some time, the manager came excusing themselves for oversleeping...The good sleep in the quiet neighbourhood made me forgiveable that morning!

As we live in the US, it's kinda hard to convince with a truly excellent steak. This one is a remote gem, and always booked. Still we managed to get a 5.30pm dinner table for the eight of us and it was really really good. Would I go again? If in the area: most likely. Would I drive a 30+ min detour to go (mandatory for me to achive 5 star status ;-). I fear the answer is no. Besides the steaks, the "magic" of this place lies a bit in being a "hidden gem" far off - with little to no real competition in that very area. So if you live there, it's a must go. If you ask me if it's worth a detour - once yes, I doubt you will become a regular though.

Our third time in this restaurant. They specialize in "Flammkuchen", what the French call "Tarte Flambee" and the English speakers may describe as thin crust pizza without cheese but some form of cream or sour cream ( "Quark", in German) with all sorts of toppings. Delicious! They have other things in the menu including great salads and light dinners. Great place for a casual meal. Ideally located in the center of Nassau. If you are in Nassau for several days, definitely worth a visit.

Das Restaurant Lahnromantik, das im Juli 2019 eine neue gastromische Führung bekam, bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Der Service ist "freundlich-bemüht", brauchte aber bei unserem Besuch für dies und das viel zu lange - bis hin zu erbetenen Rechnung. Das Essen war insgesamt o.k., wenngleich bestimmt nicht "sehr gut", so wie dies in anderen TripAdvisor-Rezensionen zu lesen ist. Anstelle von Menge etwas mehr auf Qualität und Darbietung der Speisen zu setzen würden dem Restaurant gut tun.

Out in a sunny and warm day, this cosy place is a good destination for a stopover and a meal. The menu offers something for everybody, not too fancy. The place is surely depending on the weather conditions, although you can also sit inside. Havenât tried that yet.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit groÃer Terrasse über die StraÃe. Plötzlich war es voll und in einer sympathischen Ruhe und freundlich wurde bedient. Das Essen fand ich überraschend lecker, ne Standardspeisekarte, bei der ich normalerweise nix erwarten würde: Mix Italienisch, kroatisch, deutsche Küche. Mir hat es auf der Terrasse mit Freunden sehr gut gefallen, ein wunderbaren Tagesausklang. Gerne hingegen.
