Cleanliness at top level and one of the best service desk in my life!!Excellent large room and bathroom with scenic view on the port/channel. Price really cheaper for hotel class and services!

Reviewed By reise-tanta-diI was staying in Palace Hotel one night as I was attending a wedding in a village about 1 hour drive away. My room, #409 was large, with a small balcony and a view over part of the park. The bed was comfortable, but as usual in Vietnamese hotels, did not have a bedside reading light. While there were no coffee there was a nice tea set with a small jar of tea and a electric hot water pot. There were also cups with instant noodle soup, some snacks, for a fee, available. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. In fact, one of the ladies cleaning the rooms were nice enough to help me snap shut my Ao Đại - a traditional Vietnamese dress, when I was stuck. They also had a nice restaurant downstairs. I would stay at Palace Hotel again.

Ok hotel for a good price
Reviewed By Sabine RAfter a lot of the hotels that were on trip advisor for Rach Gia did not exist we were super glad when we got here and there was a hotel. They offer a fairly large room for a decent price. There is no breakfast included but that is ok for the price. When our boat got cancelled for a second time the next day we went back to the hotel and the lady helped us book a bus to ho chi Minh without any trouble. Given there is not much in Rach Gia I would recommend this place if you are just looking for a place to put your head down.

Reviewed By Daniel_the_walkerThe hotel is biggest in town at the moment. I found it’s interesting which many wall pictures, showing famous people saying. It doesn’t look like a state owned company where nonsense slogans hanging everywhere! Room is clean. New dimsum breakfast facility is served. Haven’t tried any other hotels yet, so can’t compare them. However I could recommend this hotel for staying in town. One thing I don’t like. FO offers airport transport at 6:15am only when the flight is at 7:00. They make customers nervous.

superb new modern hotel close to ferry
Reviewed By NedK85stayed in late March with friends that had 6 rooms. luxury very clean and new rooms. rooms level 2 with balcony are very spacious. We were headed to Hon Son island on a bike trip and the convenience of being only 400m from the Ferry terminal. the staff are fantastic and friendly with good English especially the young guy named Rich at the check in and allowed us to leave 4 of our motorbikes at the hotel for 3 days while we went to Hon Son Island. they have a cafe at the front of the building that has excellent cappacino at very reasonable price. I had stayed at this hotel once before this stay in early March 2021 when hotel was only 4 months old. Will stay again when in Rach Gia or headed to Hon Son island. the hotel is in a new estate so is very quiet. no busy streets or roosters nearby! beds linen and pillows super comfortable also recommend if stay in Rach His. visit KGB republic for a good clean new bar with low prices of bottled or draught KGB beer. and excellent BBQ restaurant directly across the road from it. stay at Dong Hai hotel you won't be disappointed.

Reviewed By m_rior47Kinda old but pretty ok for a short stay and you don’t really wanna hang around in Rach Gia, super boring town, but if you have to stay somewhere this is pretty cheap would get a better review if they where not currently under renovations, in my opinion hotels should close if they are undergoing work!!

A cozy convenient place close to the center for you to enjoy the night in town. Ferry station to Phu Quoc, Lai Son, Nam Du islands is only about 3 minute walk (300 meters away from the house). Biggest super market is just across the street. Restaurants and Cafés are along the streets nearby. Traditional cuisines are surrounding. Everything is clean and new in this brand-new accommodation. Microwave, electric stove, kettle and kitchen utensils are available. Laundry service, ferry ticket are offered at resonable price.

Reviewed By TheCliffs99Stayed here for one night on arrival in Vietnam before travelling on to Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very helpful, he booked our bus for us to HCMC with pick up at hostel. Very clean room and shower and toilets were exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable. Fantastic for the price. Only problem was that the towels did not smell very clean.
