Great little hotel
Reviewed By barvenartzWe stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

El Serafin is located within walking distance to Corregidora Plaza with plenty of eateries and entertainment to keep you busy. Maria and her staff were fantastic! They were flexible in accomodating our changing needs and were available 24/7. They helped arrange transportation for us, gave advice on where and how to go within the vicinity, and specifically Maria (speaks Spanish) and Luis (speaks English) were lovely to chat with. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, COVID provention measures were fully in place, the building is kept very secure, and the atmosphere was very friendly, quaint and beautiful. It was truly a pleasure staying here....by the time we left, it felt like a second home. We will definitely be back :). Thank you Maria!! Love, Roberto and Lori Sanchez

Beautiful hotel, great value
Reviewed By Profe_MaryI have stayed multiple times in Querétaro and the Mesón is by far my favorite, especially for longer stays and with family (I had both my kids with me). The apartments are spacious, full of light, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is attentive and ready to meet all your needs graciously (for example, when we needed a driver for a day trip, they arranged one for us on a moment's notice). The location is very good—close to everything (a 2-5 minute walk) you'd want to see and to everything you'd need. One of our favorite things at the Mesón was the spacious terrace. We spent many afternoons and evenings there enjoying gorgeous sunsets and even fireworks shows from the nearby Templo de la Cruz. I will most definitely stay here again!!

El Mesón de la Merced Hotel Boutique Patio & Spa ocupa una encantadora mansión de estilo colonial y ofrece suites con balcón. Este hotel cuenta con un patio interior y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Las suites del Meson de la Merced tienen 3 plantas y presentan una decoración tradicional con vigas en el techo. Todos los alojamientos disponen de zona de estar con sofá y TV por cable. El jardín Zenea se encuentra a 700 metros, así como la Plaza de Armas y la calle 5 de Mayo. El famoso acueducto de Querétaro se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie del hotel. El aeropuerto de la ciudad está a 30 minutos en coche. Nuestros huéspedes dicen que esta parte de Querétaro es su favorita, según los comentarios independientes.

Reviewed By alisonconaWe got to tthis hotel with a grupon discount ane were gratly surprised with the cozyness of this rustic hotel that used to be an old house. There are 12 rooms and all of them are divided into 3 levels we had a living room on the ground floor, a study on the first level and the bedroom on the last level. The beds are soft and confortable and the whole room is charming and quaint. It is walking distance from downtown and overall a great place to stay. The negatives are: the bathrooms could be improved, I'm not sure if its the water pressure or that the shower needs a good scubing with some acid, but the water did not come out too well from the shower. Also, they announce they have parking, but only 5 parking spots for all the hotel and it is not owned by them, they have an arrangement with a separate lot that lets them use the spaces, we were not able to get a spot, so we had to park in the street and if you've ever been to downtown queretaro, you'll know It's very hard to find a space.

Reviewed By Cz_acevespTerrible experience, there was a suspicious black spot in the shower, the service in the reception is way too slow, the shower did not work correctly, same for the internet. The employees were disrespectful and there is absolutely no interest for customer service. I absolutely do not recomend this hotel.
