The locals have long frequented "balnearios" and 600 hot springs bubble up around the country. Tequisquiapan, an enticing cheese and wine-making region in the state of Querétaro, is the perfect destination for those wanting to pair their hot springs experience with a delicious gourmet escape.

Querétaro has become a city that offers everything for every level of budget. You can see that. In offerings such as horus.
Different ambiances separate the bar from the more quiet dinner tables. This old hacienda features a massive open internal patio with chairs, puffs, etc.

We went to have dinner. We were welcomed super friendly. The waiters took really care of us. The menu gives a variety of mexican dishes.
We shared some kind of grilled cheese as starter - really tasty. Also we liked the cocktail of the week, an advanced Mojito.
I ordered tuna wish was a to much well done. As I mentioned it they changed it promptly. Nice!
This place is definitely good to visit.

Hacienda Laborcilla, is located in the hull of a Hacienda of the eighteenth century remodeled in its entirety to become a Restaurant Bar. The decoration is what most stands out in this place has a source of more than 18 meters in length which makes it In one of the main attractions of the place, it also houses art sculptures certified and brought from the Louvre museum in Paris, we can observe a place where 3 cultures are merged, Roma, Hindu and Egyptian creating an enigmatic and very authentic place . The restaurant Laborcilla is one of the icons of the city of Querétaro its main characteristic is the quality of its products, not spare to obtain the best fish, best cuts to offer it to its customers. The kitchen is very careful, the kitchen staff is very professional and brings people with much experience in international cuisines, it is worth asking for a tour and know the interiors of the hacienda, you will see that it is magical inside and out. The restaurant has service of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, in addition to having one of the busiest bars in the city Horus Bar. It is a must from Mexico.
Don’t know why this place is not world famous! Being from Mexico City I learned about it after Reading reviews here on TripAdvisor! We stopped on this restaurant on our way to Queretaro and the experience was delicious! We have barbacoa tacos, quesadillas, tacos de flor de calabaza and beer. Tortillas are made in house and everything is fresh to serve. Highly recommended

I love this place. The food is delicious and the beer menu is excellent. Not only do they have a vast variety of imported and local beers, but they make their own. And it's really good! At an awesome price! The ambient is nice, it's not always full of people and the music is good and at an acceptable volume, so you can enjoy a nice chat with your friends. Love it.

International With An Italian Touch. Honnest Food
This unpretentious restaurant in Queretaro was a very pleasant surprise. We were unexpectedly treated to an outstanding dinner for an amazingly low price. Pasta, beef carpaccio, lamb chops, shrimp ravioli and other dishes were unanimously liked by our group. Desserts were great and, to top it off, when we got the bill we thought there had been a mistake because it was so low, including the two very acceptable bottles of wine we selected.

Research, rescue and difusion of artisanal gastronomy of mexican south east, Yucatan, chiapas, Oaxaca, Campeche.
Beautifully decorated and painted interior, spectacular service and unforgettable food. They specialize in Oaxacan food, and that means moles of various kinds. They also have ants eggs, and grasshoppers on the menu. Interesting mixed drinks are also a source of pride. Service was perfect - had a lot of attention from our experienced waiter. This place is special - don't miss it.

Enjoy a chic-urban atmosphere with a fine french/american cruise, in one of the most avant-garde venues in Queretaro.
I love omelettes and have only found a few restaurants that make a perfect omelette; this is not one of them. Their omelette was overcooked, brown and tasteless and filling it with mushrooms, spinach or dehydrated tomatoes didn't help. My guest, however, had a scrambled egg which he enjoyed. Coffee is good and their rolls are unexpectedly light and flavorful but their juices are watered down. Overall, I guess my guest will return but not I.

We had perfect meal here highlighted by great service and novel food. We tried three of the tapas - the eggplant, potatos and tomato bread. All were very nice. Main coursed included Cornish hen, ribs, and cod, all well prepared and spiced. Overall, an enjoyable evening.

Every city has that out-of-the-way restaurant. That tiny place that satisfies your deepest foodie desires every time, and then some. That place that you feel compelled to share, and yet with reluctance, lest it become a victim of its own popularity.
Queretaro may be popular with the locals, but it isn't on the gringo tourist trail. And even for those that do explore its magnificent streets, Chinicuil flies under the radar.
With only 5 tables you're advised to book - but secure yourself a reservation and you will enter a world of sublime modern Mexican cuisine guaranteed to satisfy even the fussiest palate.
We'll let our photos do the talking, but let's just say that this is one of the finest dining experiences we've had in Mexico to date - and it didn't cost us the earth either!
If you do decide to visit Queretaro, make this your first meal - you won't be disappointed!
