Ate at the Hennenstall with a group. We all enjoyed it. They specialize in grilled meats, so come hungry. They cook everything on an indoor fire inside the restaurant. There are a few pasta and pizza choices on the menu, but I would not go there. We shared mixed salads and grilled vegetables (excellent), then everyone chose their own meat dish. The grilled venison was especially good -- very tasty and not as gamey as most venison so that I have eaten.

This is a great little American Lounge bar, a contemporary bar with great music open to both hotel guests and the public, that serves delicious dishes and even better cocktails.The barman is fantastic at mixing fabulous cocktails, both those on the list or if you want to create one he is happy to oblige. Had a nice lunch here one day - as part of the excellent San Nicolo Hotel right by the Buffaure gondola. They dont claim to serve full evening meals but you could easily eat your dinner as well as lunch here. There is a great atmosphere here, a large bar area and a few tables both inside and outside under cover. They also play music between around 5-7pm but this is not a noisy music bar, its all about the drink, food and company.

They converted the old newsstand into a fancy winebar, and the result is quite good. Food is very good, as well as wine selection. Fair price, good service.One less star because in my opinion the glass of wine should be larger, 15 cl instead 10 cl as they do.

This was one of the only restaurants open in the area during the period we've visited. We enjoyed all the food we've ordered. Everything was in large portions. The big mixed salad was really very big and fresh. The pizza was very good. The beef fillet was great, large size and cooked according to everyones request. This restaurant is very recommended.

Superb location and good variety of dishes, beers beverages and other drinks. The service is problematic though. They are polite, but not very well organized and this causes delays when taking orders or wanting to pay.
