This was lovely setting but mistakes were made with orders. Had to ask what we had ordered. My steak was cold bits of gristle as well as uninteresting as it was meat, rocket and pecorino slices on top of the meat. We got the feeling that if you ordered a bottle of wine you were treated differently . The majority of people eating were guests of the hotel. When we checked the bill we had been over-charged for three glasses of wine and not the spritzer we had ordered. Overall it was a pleasant meal but nothing to write home about.

We stayed one night in the area and chose to go to this spectacular place and we are so glad that we did! The service was absolutely tremendous and the pasta was one of the best I have ever tasted. Fantastic local wine and cannot wait to return! We wish we were staying longer so we could go again. Highly recommended for excellent food, wine and service!

The food is simply amazing. Everything we had tried very delicious and presentation of each dish is fantastic. Portions are small, but after 7 of them (plus 2 more from the chef) you feel more than satisfied. The staff is nice, very knowledgeable, good English. Wine list is super as well, and they have very good wines available from about 100 Euro per bottle, to a few thousands. The night before we had good dinner at Enoteca Pinchiorri, dinner is good as well, but you canât find any bottle of wine cheaper than 300 euro. Over all we enjoyed food at Arnolfo more than at Enoteca Pinchiorri. Very well deserved Michelin stars. We were fortunate to be guests on wedding which took place in ValleChiara. This is absolutely gorgeous place with original Toscan view, but what makes it truly special is the lake. Restaurant is just in front of the water. We have enjoyed this gorgeous night with beautiful sets and stunning food: we have tried so many dishes which are piculiar for Toscany. And great wine of course!

if you are anywhere near by âDonât miss this GEM of a dining and culinary experience. We have the great opportunity to travel quite a bit â this just jumped to our number one culinary/ dining experience. We were staying in Florence and took a brief car trip south to tour the area. Itâs off the beaten path but google maps got us there. The Inn fits right into a picture postcard. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is just EXCEPTIONAL. The chef (Guido) can over to our table and he mirrors the engaging atmosphere of the Inn We were 2 couples and we all had different dishes - all were great. Skip the âstarredâ restaurants in Florence and find/ enjoy this experience. The pizzas are really nice and tasty. Excellent value for money. Staff is friendly but maybe a bit slow with the service. If you are in the Siena area with car and don't want to drive in to the center of Siena, this is a good choice.

The setting alone will take your breath away. The quintessential Tuscan vineyard with views in every direction. But then you enter the dining room where you are warmly welcomed by an attentive staff.The menu is small but with something for everyone. We started with the baccala bruschetta and a salad mista. Both were excellent but there is something about the freshness of the salad greens and their presentation that wowed me. Or maybe it was the addition of their locally produced olive oil. Either or, both appetizers were scrumptious. My husband then ordered the boar steak and I the tagliterini with truffle sauce, each rich in flavor in its own way but again home runs. We finished with the ricotta mouse, which was to die for. And if you are into wines their selection is top notch but the prices are reasonable.Al in all from the staff to the menu and quality of food our night was perfect and we highly recommend a lovely evening at Foresteria. Lunch on Saturday and dinner on Sunday. Porcini Season, so specials all involved fungi. Great service. Nice wine recommendations from wineries @ 0 km. Beef was terrific as well as the cod with lightly breaded, almost tempura veggies. The service could not have been more pleasant. A well tempered evening for dinner. Definitely recommended for a lovely evening or a lunch.
