We had dinner first in this place - good impression. Good view, good food, polite waiter. Food quite good, nothing special but very very good. Second time we had lunch here - same experience, and this is a good sign in my opinion - stability and same good result every time. A place to visit!Thanks for your message! I highly recommend this restaurant in Maiori, for its really delicious food and atmosphere. At very reasonanle prices. They are serene and at the same time very attentive. I went twice and both times was very happy. I managed to convince my group to order different things from mains to pastas and pizzas. I donâg say this often, but everything was delicious! The barbecued octopus was not a single token tentacle but a lovely and succulent satisfying starter. The pizza was not woodfired but gorgeous dough with the freshest ingredients. The pastas... wow! Really spectacular. I struggle to pick my favourite... the seafood scialatelli were mouthwatering, the pasta e patate is an absolute must to try, even the âsimpleâ spaghetti with three tomatoes sauce is calling me to go back for more... honestly, go to Masaniello, take the time to enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Whilst an amazing review, watch out fore the "bait and switch". They ask if you would like to chose 3 starters to share and then they bombard you with 7 starters that we couldn't eat but obviously were charged for. Main courses were then surplus to requirements....which wasn't a real problem as the seabass was over cooked and tasteless. Enjoyed our meal/evening. Great friendly service. The anchovies appetizer was the best we have had on our holiday. Also had the prosciutto melon appetizer which was very fresh. We had the lemon linguine that came with an outstanding creamy sauce. We had the house red wine which was good. Priced favourably for quality and quantity.

Driving from Amalfi to Naples, crossing the Amalfi peninsula through the mountains, we came across Violetta by chance, and we fell in love with it. They offered a starter with great bruschetta and frittele (best ones). We had a Margherita pizza (above Naples standards!), a delicious red pesto fresh pasta and a lemon dessert. They offered us the coffee and the total, including water, was only 18.40â¬!Further tip: best to go at sunset (Tramonto), when you can enjoy the amazing view of the sun diving in the Naples gulf.

We stayed at this venue ( separate review) and ate here on 4 occasions out of our 6 day visit for a family wedding . Although this is a mainly pizzeria, they cater for many other tastes including my husbands fascination for steaks. The pizzas are too many to list but I have got a few photos. The staff are always friendly and attentive and is a very family orientated venue. It is family run and they really can't do enough for you. The food itself is excellent and they always give a complimentary starter of foccacia with tomatoes which in itself is a meal. The prices are a little expensive but consistent with the area. They do a special of a half metre pizza which we saw and would easily feed 4 to 6 and definitely the children. Definitely recommended to anyone in the area and locality.

Stopped in during our week-long stay in Minori after reading all the great reviews.The restaurant itself is beautiful. Both indoor and covered outdoor seating. Service was generally inattentive (even by Italian waiter standards). Food was good, but not any better than other local restaurants and pricier. We were lucky to drive by and stop for lunch at the Mi Carro Ristorante Pizzeria. The maitre'd Giovanni looked after us exceptionally well. He was patient, kind and introduced to us beautiful Italian dishes. The grilled pork sausage was outstanding. What we have learned from Giovanni is that, 'you have not really tried Tiramisu if you have not had it with a shot of espresso'!Dear new customers, we have only one way to treat you, and that is what you have illustrated. We visited this restaurant 3 years ago when visiting Maiori and just felt we had to come back. Franco is such a personable, attentive host and treats all customers like family. The food is always delicious and Francoâs homemade beer, wine & limoncello are just another reason to keep coming back. This is a family owned restaurant and it is obvious that they take great pride in serving the finest home style cooking available in Maiori.

Went there two times for lunch and once for dinner - very friendly staff, great local food (one of the best pizzas we've ever had - try the one with lemon!) and it's cheap. Located in a very nice place. Highly recommended - would definitely come back!
