My family dined here a week ago while on vacation. The food was delicious but the service was exceptional. They have a nice view and we enjoyed our experience. The complimentary coconut after-dinner aperitif was a nice touch.Our bar captain is particularly proud of his special touches such as after dinner aperitif!What you have experienced was our tight family like operations.We are a happy group of people who care for Mango Moon hotel and Vista Luna restaurant as their own. We were staying at Makanda and basically took advantage of the room service.I met the Manager on our last day and he mentioned that we really needed to go to Arbol. He offered a bottle of wine and me, being such a considered person would not turn that offer down I am not one of those self-proclaimed critics but I gotta say food here is something special.It was 6 of us so we order a bit of everything to share and I even put my hands on the vegan options that Chef Ali created for one of my friends. Tenderloin with scallops was just perfect.Dear Sergio, Thank you for sharing your experience!We are so glad that you had the opportunity to come to our restaurants and enjoy the best gastronomic option available in the Central Pacific Area.Hopefully you visit us again soon, one more bottle waiting for you ;-)Have a great and blessed weekend...!!!

Went back multiple times, the food is great value and tastes fantastic. It is the closest to authentic Costa Rican food in Manuel Antonio. They don't speak any English but are friendly and willing to listen to us mangle Spanish!!! Highly recommended.

The set up of La Canina is nice, you feel like you are in the jungle. We actually saw some howler monkeys just before dinner. Unfortunately we were not very pleased with the food and it was over priced. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes.

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights in Manuel Antonio and ended up at Cafe Agua Azul twice. There were so many different options on the menu that we wanted to try that we ended up going back. The food and service was excellent both times.
