Called here for a quick lunch, the food was good I have to say I do enjoy a good Subway, and that's exactly what this was I'm sorry to say the young lady who saved us didn't seem to enjoy being there as much as we didâ¹ï¸

Service station for fuel, garage, tourist information, parking, Play area for kids, gift shop Restaurant: Coffee, tea, Irish breakfast, sandwich, everything for fast food Open 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm Very close to Westport
As I was travelling and visiting the county, I had to stop at Knappagh stores & Gas Station for a little break. The location is great, very close to Westport, co Mayo. I stopped there to get some fuel, but then I noticed that they have a lovely deli/restaurant area so I opted for their Irish breakfast and a piece of cake, it was excellent. They have a very nice play area for kids (where they can play as you're having a nice meal), and even a garage, very handy as well!I will definitely come back there!
Best European food near Swinford, Province of Connacht, Ireland
I found the food to be excellent and mouth wateringly tasty, but my initial impression, was maybe to change my mind and walk out. The person on duty was dressed very casually with a camouflaged cap, and unshaven, out of context with the image of an establishment that wants to portray professionalism. The outside and waiting area inside could be improved immensely by some imaginative painting and decoration, and made to feel more inviting to the customer. All this could be achieved with minimal outlay and would certainly enhance the excellence of the food available.
Where to eat Cafe food in Swinford: The Best Restaurants and Bars
4 based on 25 reviews
I eat meat, my Daughter is vegetarian and my son is Vegan. And finding a Indian that genuinely understands Vegan ethics is refreshing. The takeaway is excellent and the restaurant would best be described as Cafe âishâ. Portion sizes are excellent if your very very hungry. The picture shown is Lamb madras and a Vegan Biryani the stuffed paratha are also Vegan with no Dairy. The nanâs do have milk.My son asks me to point out that the food is consistently good.As the customer base grows Iâm sure the Cafe style restaurant will be updated to a more contemporary style. The food, portion size and friendliness deserve 5 stars but the in house dining area is the minor negative.
