L’agriturismo nasce dal recupero di vecchi ruderi del dopoguerra nella valle del Tacina, oasi naturalistica per il passaggio di uccelli migratori, tra Botricello e Belcastro. È immerso nel verde e circondato da uliveti secolari e da un enorme pineta adatta a passeggiate. Su richiesta si organizzano itinerari a cavallo. Il titolare è sempre presente per rispondere a ogni esigenza. L’agriturismo offre ospitalità in 12 camere con bagno autonomo e vista panoramica sull’ampia campagna circostante da un lato e sul mare dall’altro. A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina (accessibile sempre) con solarium e una sala con cucina tipica adatta per ricevimenti o semplicemente per cene fra amici. Ogni momento di una vacanza è degno di essere assaporato, ogni momento della giornata dalla colazione alla cena sarà servita al meglio nel nostro ristorante. Legni scuri, un buon vino e prodotti di produzione propria dominano la sala del ristorante. Una serie di tipici menu accompagneranno la vostra vacanza. Il ristorante è aperto tutta la giornata ma è particolarmente consigliato per una cena a lume di candela magari a bordo piscina.
Not a place to rest
Reviewed By gabriellar375The agroturismo is nice but if you if you think to go there to rest you make a mistake. From the 3 nights spent there, 2 nights they had Parties, so you cannot sleep because of the loud music. The owners should decide if they would like to have a place for people to rest or to make party

Reviewed By kellycavaWe had a wonderful few days staying here! We were in the studio and what a lovely space it is - very comfortable and really clean. The bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip to Italy! Having meals at the table outside the studio looking at the magnificent views was such a treat. The pool was wonderful and the atmosphere very peaceful. Alessandro and Walter were so helpful - thank you for all your kindness to us! We really enjoyed pizza from the restaurant. Loved every minute of our stay! Many thanks.

Horribly disappointing
Reviewed By PurobiBooked by booking.com. Only reason was they said they have safe parking for 7 Euros per day. Sent a message via booking.com asking for OFF STREET PARKING and got a reply back that it is granted. On 25th March 2019 we discovered that the place is not accessible by car. My husband stayed in the car, I walked and rang the bell numerous times of the door that said, "B & B Centro Storico" on a tiny piece of wood. Finally called and the guy named Gayatano said, "Oh, I will come out now". He came out from an ADJACENT building and stood on the street blocking the alley so that we can park our car on a spot that is FREE for ALL. He took us behind the building from where he had emerged and we entered into a moldy, basement apartment with loose tiles, freezing cold, mold everywhere and dirty. He was so happy to declare that it was an UPGRADE. He then asked with his google translator for me to cancel with booking.com so that they do not have to pay the tax. I refused. Paid by American Express. The place had ONE bed but he said, "It is all yours, no other people". Did he expect my husband and I to sleep with someone else on the same bed? My booking.com description clearly said the room comes with a kitchen. There was a kitchen with nothing to cook with and two dirty pieces of cloth. He freaked out when I mentioned about cooking and said, "No, No, No, no cooking at all. Only tea and coffee". "Very good breakfast" consists of three pieces of plastic wrap white bread. In the dirty refrigerator there were 3 bottles of semi used jams. On the table there was a vase of dead, rotten flowers to "welcome" us! The toilet had no seat or cover. Mold was everywhere. When I asked about heat I was told to use the extra blanket which turned out to be DIRTY with either vomit stains or some sexual activities remainder. He finally turned a wall heater on which turned out to be totally insufficient and was also told to turn it off during night. Next morning I got an e-mail from booking.com that they were told by the property that I did not show up. I contacted booking.com, explained everything and sent them all the photos, and got 25 Euro as a compensation. Booking.com is investigating the property.

A Hidden Jewel!!
Reviewed By Annalisa VMy family visits Soverato annually and with limited space for me, I needed a place in a hurry for 4 nights!! Quintavera is in the perfect location...only a short Walk from the beach and close to everything!! My room had everything I needed including a cute bathroom, comfortable bed, tv and most importantly air conditioning!! Bruno, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and prepares a fresh, organic breakfast made to order each and everyday!! It was outstanding!! Quintavera is modern, tasteful, extremely clean and has a very unique vibe...I will be staying there from now on when I visit Soverato!!

A differenza di altri villaggi questi e’ un po’ atipico in quanto è molto più un residence che villaggio, ma anche quest’anno questi 15 gg sembrano essere volati. Sia noi adulti che i ragazzi abbiamo trascorso questo periodo in grande semplicità, tranquillità e familiarità. Nulla di meglio per starsene tranquilli Il mare è quello stupendo di questo litorale e che vuoi di più. Consiglio sinceramente a chiunque intenda trascorrere un periodo in semplicità e serenità di informarsi e fermarsi qui Al prossimo anno
