Acireale [ˌatʃireˈaːle] (Sicilian: Jaciriali; locally shortened to Jaci or Aci) is a coastal city and comune in the north-east of the Metropolitan City of Catania, Sicily, southern Italy, at the foot of Mount Etna, on the coast facing the Ionian Sea. It is home to numerous churches, including the Neo-Gothic St. Peter's Basilica, St. Sebastian's Basilica in the Sicilian Baroque style, and the 17th century Acireale Cathedral, and a seminary, for the training of priests. Acireale is also noted for its art and paintings: the oldest academy in Sicily, the "Accademia dei Dafnici e degli Zelanti", is located here.

Più di una volta sono stata in questo posto .... lo scelgo quando nn voglio andate in un ristorante.... quando nn ho voglia di pizza ma voglio trascorrere una serata con amici bevendo qualcosa stuzzicando .... inoltre qui si possono mangiare focacce ,taglieri di formaggi e salumi.....pane condito....In pieno centro città in piazza duomo ha dei tavolini all esterno e si sta benissimo visto che nn passano macchine .... regna L isola pedonale .... ma in inverno c è una graziosa sala al 1 piano con pochi tavoli ma abbastanza graziosa!

Gastro-style pub with rock legend décor, wide selection of beers and cocktails, not overly priced, selection of panini, salads and first courses, incredibly friendly staff who gave a very personal, enthusiastic service. We immediately felt very welcome and they also spoke English, which is great for any tourists visiting Acireale. Locale molto carino ed originale, personale molto disponibile e gentile,il panino con pistacchio,hamburger e guanciale il pistacchio si sentiva poco mentre nella pinsa con Zucca, funghi e salsiccia c'erano i funghi veramente pessimi:annacquati e senza sapore.Per il resto buonissimo
