Great we ate here twice on our recent trip to Hua Hin. Very reasonable prices for excellent food. We had the avocado pasta dish, the Penang curry and the roasted sweet potatoes in peanut sauce. All very good. The French fries with the vegan burger however were the unexpected star of the show - especially with the vegan ketchup!

We found this place on tripadvisor, the pictures from other peopleâs reviews made us mouth watering;) The owner welcomed us in and recommended the ribs, we also ordered a potato salad and buffalo wings for the four of us. I could not believe how tender the ribs are... I am not a pork lover and never had BBQ ribs before, but I am surprised and impressed by these ribs, loved it !! The restaurant is not big, by the time we got our food the place was almost full. The owner is a nice man from UK but have spent a long time in Thailand. It was nice of him to tell us the story about the name âGreen Onionâ, overall a very happy meal, definitely a hidden gem, would like to recommend to anyone who visits Hua Hin !Dealand, thanks for the review, it was good talking to you and hope to see you again

The Shoreline Beach club has a wonderful setting right on the beach. We have enjoyed excellent cocktails particularly during their happy hour. Also very nice tapas during the afternoon. With friends we discovered this wonderful little restaurant. Hidden away, you have to know how to find it but a wonderful surprise. A delightful, charming, warm decor. A very diversified menu with something for every taste. From traditional Thai to Italian at reasonable prices. Only a few tables so reservations are a must. We'll be back soon. Having lived here in HH for 15yrs,I would suggest that I have more than an idea of variable standards.Having travelled to this venue from outskirts of town for Sunday Lunch arriving at Ananatansilla 4.45 we were informed Sunday lunches were being served from 6.00 - 9.00 odd times to say the least.We decided to choose from Alacarte Menu,when the food arrived one of group found her Chicken Satay to be raw inside.We ushered the waitresses over and she promptly took the dish away quite rightly.Then the Restaurant Manergeress approached our table to ask what was the problem.We told her that the chicken was raw in parts,she had the afrontary to say it was OK and then to add insult to injury said the chicken was from the thigh which we all know is not the best cut from the bird and for the prices that were being charged.This is not the first time our humble standards have not been met,but certainly will be.Grossly overpriced and sub standard produce.There are many better places to eat in TakiabDear Mickhenry1950,We are truly sorry that you did not find our Satay to your satisfaction. For this reason, we removed the charge from your bill.Regarding your claim that we use âsubstandard produceâ that is âgrossly overpricedâ, we must must respectfully disagree. We use boneless chicken thighs for our satay not because they are cheaper but because they are more moist and more flavourful than chicken breasts . For the record, the boneless thighs are 20% more expensive than chicken breasts. It also seems a bit unfair to imply that all of our offerings areâGrossly overpriced and substandard produceâ when you only had a problem with a single dish. Also, there seems to be some misunderstanding about about our Sunday Roast Meat Special Carvary. We offer this from noon to 1500 and again from 1800 to 2100 in the evening. Unfortunately, you arrived at 1645 hours when we do not serve the special menu because the senior chefs are on break.Again, our apologies that you found our Satay a bit undercooked. What a lovely place to spend an evening with plenty of outdoor seating and a great menu selection to boot. The servers were helpful and welcoming which is a pleasant change from the norm.The food offerings were tasty, well prepared and reasonably priced for a place of this standard.If you seek a nice glass of wine with your meal then they have a decent selection (although expensive)All in all, a good experience but demanding on the wallet.

We had breakfast here as it wasn't included in our hotel room rate and it was AMAZING. The breakfast choice is diverse and the portion sizes just right. We are almost done our second week of our honeymoon where we stayed at the resort this bar/restaurant is part of! It has been absolutely amazing! The food/ drinks have been fantastic and the staff have helped make our stay even better!
