Reviewed By Nikolaos SEs un hotel muy bien ubicado con una playa tremenda y una vista espectacular. Pero lo que falta es profesionalismo de la parte de la administration. Empezando desde el momento que llegamos al hotel, pedí agua de la recepción y mi novia agarró una botellita de la heladera, la cual al fin la cobraron 4 soles en vez de ofrecernos algo por la bienvenida. Además, entrando a la habitación, vimos que no hay toallas de tocador. Fuimos a la ducha y el piso era sucio. Sacamos la manta y la sabana abajo era sucia. La habitación no tenía tacho para la basura ni hablar para heladera. Finalmente fuimos a la playa frente del hotel (que está gestionada por el hotel, así que para entrar tienes que tener una pulsera que te ponen a la recepción) y cuando pedimos unas toallas nos dijeron que teníamos que traer nuestras propias toallas. Generalmente muy mala atención al cliente y eso hace el hotel muy caro por lo que ofrece como experiencia. It’s a hotel at a very beautiful place with a very beautiful beach and a great view. But what is missing is the professionalism of the administration. Firstly arriving at the reception I have asked for water and my girlfriend got me a bottle from the fridge. A bottle that have charged it at the end 4 soles instead of offering a refreshment drink as a welcoming drink. Moreover, when we entered at the room we realised that there were no hand towels. Al shower the floor was very dirty. We lifted the blanket and we have seen that the bedsheets were dirty as well. The room didn’t have a basket for the garbage and of course not to talk about fridge. Finally we have been to the beach in front of the hotel (which is managed by the hotel, so in order to get in you need a special wristband that you get from the reception) and when we have asked for towels they have told us that we had to bring ours. Generally speaking very bad behaviour towards the client and all these make the hotel very expensive for what it offers.

Reviewed By Frank ZNice spacious rooms. Very good cleaning service. Internet only at the lobby, no TV connected at rooms. Shortage of waters. We were very happy with the cleanness of the rooms as well as in the entire hotel. Breakfast is basic. The speciality of the kitchen is Arroz con Mariscos. Ceviche is good as well. The beach in front of the hotel is very clean and not crowded.

It was only for one night as we were on a Colca Canyon tour, but we were treated to two of the owner’s wonderful three-course meals in that time... lots of delicious vegetables and fish, a welcome sight after a few days of mostly fried things in Arequipa! (I don’t really eat meat which means most of your diet is cheese in Peru!) The place had such a lovely, peaceful, soulful place to it. It’s hard to describe, I think the atmosphere came from the family who run it and host you. There was a beautiful garden courtyard full of scented flowers and herbs and the bedrooms were beautifully presented with sheepskin throws to keep you warm. The owner mentioned some of the money earned goes to the local community. I couldn’t love this place more! I am trying to think of a negative to make this review more balanced but there really wasn’t much! Limited hot water for showers but that’s all I can think of. 5*** - thank you so much for having us!

Reviewed By newhorizons144After a night in Lima, Villa Jennifer was an oasis in nature. Very clean and quiet, everyone aims to please. The owners whom we quickly came to know were most warm and welcoming-and knowledgable about all the nature around them in this jungle-like setting. The food is fresh, and the piscos delicious!! Also, a plus that a few languages spoken, English in my case. We had occasion to go to another hotel considered to be more "sophisticated"; how sterile it was compared to here. I arrived pretty tired and left most nurtured and relaxed. You will be well taken care of, and safe! Never worried about anything.

Bikini Bungalows & Bar is a compound of 9 handcrafted, palm-roofed cabins built with traditional materials and in the traditional manner. Famous for its spectacular sunsets and only 50 meters away is Los Organos' limitless sandy beach, where one can walk miles in both directions, observing the ubiquitous pelicans and stumbling across all manner of beached sea life such as sea turtles, eels, or even a sea lion. Pristine warm waters entice the most reluctant to swim. Towards the south end of the beach, boats of the local fisherman ply their trade and restaurants offer ceviche, Peru's most famous dish. Reviewed By nlauxNice Hotel, little Bungalows with private bathroom. Just one square to the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Recommondation for Restaurants, what to do around. They also tell you what is the cost of taxi etc. so you don't pay more just because you are a tourist. We really enjoyed our stay!

Reviewed By 184laravThis is Manuel’s home, small hacienda look a like. He has several big, clean, and nice rooms set for couples or with families. He cooks for you with with fresh produce ya from the area. The hotel is comfortable and beautiful but he is the best part. Surrounded by a 5 hectáreas of algarrobo woods he has made a paradise plants garden with different styles and ecosystems. Talking and getting to know Manuel was a fantastic experience. This is an excelente place to visit instead of staying in Chiclayo or going towards the Amazonas. Perfect for a restful and peaceful stay or a retreat. 100% recommended.
