Great resort style accommodation in nature
Reviewed By Seaside753863Very good setup and friendly staff going out of their way to make our stay a special one. The resort is on hill side of a mountain so some chalets require them to drop and pickup guests but is not really an issue as staff comes out pretty quick.

Ocean Breeze is an upmarket, boutique property offering self contained apartments. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and lounge room with sky television, dvd and cd player and Wi-Fi access. Spacious separate bedrooms and bathrooms each with a bath and a shower. Situated just 200m from the beautiful iconic Pauanui surf beach it is also a pleasant short stroll to the restful harbour. Pauanui is also just a short drive to the popular Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach at Hahei. Do as little or as much as you choose. Ocean Breeze is 'Beachside Bliss'.

Reviewed By ZanelBA lovely place to stay at. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The hosts are lovely, friendly people. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wish we stayed longer to make use of the pool and spa, as well as the private bbq on each apartment's patio. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze Resort even if it's just for one night. Everything is nearby, the supermarket, the beach and if you're into golf, Lakes Resort Golf course is a hidden gem in Pauanui. The only downfall was dinner at The Local, we weren't impressed. Should have used the bbq at the apartment :)

Centrally located, a stroll from the small shopping precinct including restaurant and cafe, grocery shop and church. Short drive to ocean beach.

In Pauanui only a 5min flat walk to the shops and Restaurants,10mins Flat Walk to beach,across the road to TEE OF ON THE LAKES Golf Course, PINE SUITE: Twin King size single beds front of property, parking outside, pvt deck own entrance, en suite, TV, fridge, Free WiFi. PAUA SUITE: King size double bed, rear of property, parking off road, pvt deck, own entrance, en suite, TV, fridge, free WiFi, FERN SUITE: King size double bed plus one single bed, parking down side of property, en suite, TV, fridge, free WiFi. All accommodation on the ground floor.
Lovely little stay
Reviewed By Ashley HGreat little place in Paunui. Close to restaurants and the beach. Very clean and cozy. We had our own deck and private entrance which was lovely. Breakfast was very simple but tasty and served early if needed.

Run Down and Scruffy
Reviewed By Bruce PHad lots of money spent but its run down now. Not worth a lot of money to play but it is an experience that you should try if only to say been there, done that. With the prospect of a new buyer injecting cash, perhaps it might change but check in advance of arrival.
