Reviewed By danielgordon3004This is a lovely hotel. Well designed and staff going out of their way to help. I wasn’t overly keen on the restaurant. They got my order wrong several times. The internet works reasonably well and while it took a while, there is hot water too. Would recommend.

Reviewed By 918mariateresaMe encanto la atención, antes, durante y después, excelentes anfitriones. La suite que escogi tiene una excelente vista. Su decoración es sobria, estilo hygge, espacios amplios, con detalles que lo hacen muy acogedor, te sientes muy comodo, aunque Pasto es frio dentro no se siente. Tiene terraza desde la cual se pueden ver las estrellas de noche, salon con hamaca. El desayuno es perfecto, con cafe de verdad.

Si tu plan es descansar
Reviewed By Carlos Julio ÁFue una grata experiencia para descansar. Lejos del ruido de la ciudad, incluso del mismo puerto de La Cocha. Pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal. Cerca hay un faro que se convirtió en mi lugar favorito para tomar fotos y despejar la mente. Queda lejos del pueblo y el puerto, pero hay mototaxis o incluso desde allí se puede tomar el paseo en lancha.

American in Colombia
Reviewed By Gbeck1234By Colombian standards this is a very nice hotel. As an American traveling with my husband’s Colombian family, I know most Americans would find it acceptable but not fantastic. Pros: very clean, there’s hot water, and the internet is strong. Cons: no elevator and noise. Our room faced the street where the front of the hotel is located, and loud traffic noise is almost constant except from about 2-5am. In addition, there are a number of nearby bars and nightclubs that keep their music blasting well into the night, it seems like they closed up shop around 1-2am. Keeping the windows closed doesn’t help (and opening them lets in car exhaust and cigarette smoke from the street). And add to this the fact that the stairwell that all guests must use was right outside our door so we heard footsteps and conversations . It made for a very noisy room and while we were able to fall asleep, we were woken up many times. I’ve stayed in a LOT worse in Colombia, though. If this hotel was in the US I’d give it 3 stars, in Colombia I’m giving it 4.
