Reviewed By 410klausvThe guest house is focused on russian speaking tourists but some Service People speak littel english. The rooms are smal but very clean. The thermal pools outside are nice. The Restaurant has an english menue translation and has a very big choice. Food is very good but drinks depend on deliveries in time. The guest house is very isolated in the forrest of Paratunka. Very hard beds.

До 6 утра не давали спать дебоширы на базе!!
Reviewed By X9387UA_Мы на Камчатке третий раз и сегодня столкнулись с ужасной ситуацией! Всю ночь пили и орали соседи. Администрация не предприняла никаких попыток, чтобы их успокоить!! Меня алкаши посылали. Мы не спали всю ночь!! А на booking написано, что на этой базе тишина с 23 вечера до 07 утра!! Никому не советую сюда заселятся, особенно с детьми. При боронировании и заселении я особенно спрашивала о тишине и дебошах на базе!! Меня заверили, что все под контролем. В итоге администратор закрылся в своем домике и спокойно спал, а мы с двумя детьми воевали с соседями до 6 утра!!

Reviewed By Happiness47863727141приехали со всей семьей, отлично провели время. очень понравился вид, преурасные бассейны с термальной водой, смешные собачки. Нас очень тепло встретили и угостили прекрасным ужином. Очень приятно спать, комфортные номера и свежий воздух.

Reviewed By maor89Even though the hotel is located in a peacful area and contains very nice facilities, it lacks in the human services. No one (!!!!!) at the hotel speaks English, even a little bit, which creates a lot of communication difficulties. Also, the breakfast is customized for the Russian tourist and every little deviation from the fixed menu results in an excessive billing. For example: one morning, we sat at the breakfast table and asked for a coffee with milk (very simple request) - the waiter who just wouldn't understand us (and also was very grumpy), called us to the kitchen and pointed at different kinds of coffee at the coffee machine. We selected one and suddenly were amazed to receive a charging demand for the coffee and also for a glass of milk we ordered (I repeat - for a glass of milk!). When we tried to complain, no one of course understood us, due to their poor English skills and when our Russian guide tried to complain - they replied with audacity: "If you don't like it - find another hotel"! If that was the right way to treat tourists and guests, then the tourism business would have been bankrupt long ago. Of course, we did not need to get a second invitation and ran off to another hotel straight away, but if you are an international tourist then you shouldn't make the mistake of getting to this hotel at the first place.

apparently the best hotel in kamchatka but don't get your hopes up
Reviewed By clairechen62I have it on good authority that all hotels in Kamchatka are terrible, especially in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski. This one is widely held to be the best of the lot, and it certainly offers most of what you would expect with the added attraction of good views and thermal baths. The bed was not uncomfortable, though also not top of the range. The bathroom was adequate. There was a fridge if you were planning to stay longer. There was a cooler down the corridor with hot and cold water but no electric kettle in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and came with real coffee. The restaurant food was reasonably good and the service much better than other reviews might lead you to expect. One person in the restaurant spoke good English. The reception staff were friendly but had collectively almost no English. The entire hotel was clearly a low quality build with no sound-proofing whatsoever. Ear plugs would be my recommendation. You will have to get everywhere by taxi but it is otherwise not difficult and the taxi ride to everywhere comes with fantastic views of the local volcanoes.
