We had a coupon from a local promotion, but the place was disappointing. Was very busy, with not enough staff, and when our server (the owner I think) saw our coupon, we were pretty much ignored.Food was good, but just basic. Doesn't cost much to add some rice or beans to a plate. Looks pretty naked with just a taco on a plate.

Used to go here when I worked in Bradford and it was a rockin great place. Now it is sad and empty. Service was really spotty she disappeared for a long time had to flag down a kitchen helper to get the bill and a takeout container. Paloma was tasteless just grapefruit soda. Switched to Negra Modelo. Had the pozole which was bland with no flavour at all no shredded lettuce and chicken adoba in it. Next the Boss platter which looked impressive in the photo. Mini burrito (which was good), quesadillas (which were cold, greasy and filled only with solidified cheese). Chile relleno which had some flavour, carne Asada tough as shoe leather under onions and cactus, rice, refried beans which were great, salsa and shredded lettuce. I have never had Mexican food that was this bland and had been allowed to get cold. Skip this place go to Huy Caramba up the street.I am very sorry, it seems that you have not in fact dined with us. We take real reviews seriously to help us improve and we do not take complaints lightly. I am not sure when you would have dined with us when it was empty or sad? As we have to take reservations sometimes weeks in advanced for each day of the week. not sure what you mean by sad, It seems you must have had a bad day? Our restaurant is vibrant as well as the amazing staff that we have.now we know out of over 5000+ customers that visit us each week that we will never be everyone's 'cup of tea' but we appreciate real and honest reviews.I would be happy though if you did in fact dine with us to reimburse you for your meal as long as a receipt is provided.

We have eaten at its sister restaurants and this one is obviously struggling, kitchen needs some guidance. The food we had was simply bad. Flautas TOUGH and the mole sauce has too much bitter chocolate flavour and the chicken inside was dry, tough and tasteless. The house salad with the salsa dressing?? too over powering. Shrimp tacos are a total rip-off. The shrimp appeared to have been split once and possibly twice and the batter was so thick that the shrimp was lost and the grease over powered everything. The side soups were decent but should not have been the star of the meal. We have been here twice - first and last!!
