Rude staff
Reviewed By 734martineDo not book this place, totally unacceptable staff behaviour, rude to the point of making you feel uncomfortable. Do not go here. Not welcoming at all, not friendly, just stuck up them self’s. Book somewhere else, somewhere that the staff will welcome you with respect.

The free WiFi works very well which was really a plus, and good coffee to prepare before my meetings. Very quiet too . The best I have seen at this price.

Near each berth there is a socket and a reading lamp. Each sleeping place is fenced off with lightproof curtains, which allows you to create an atmosphere of privacy and independence from general lighting in the room.

Well maintained and interesting hostel to stay in Odessa
Reviewed By Kevin CThe host greeted us very friendly and even though it was still early morning we were already able to check-in and have the bed available. It has a very unique design/interior, which definitely gave a special vibe to the apartment. It's a good place to meet other travelers in Odessa. The rooms were big, unlike some other hostels where they try to put as many beds as possible in a bedroom. Overall it was kept very clean, and I would definitely return here.

Reviewed By Kate CWe had a lovely stay here in the 8 bed dorm. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and keen to share about Odessa and Ukraine. We even got to try some local food from the market. Everything was clean and though there are only 2 washrooms/showers it wasn't a problem. The kitchen is small but there is everything you need to do some basic cooking. Location is great - close to the public beach, old town, and not too far from the train station. There is a 24 hour supermarket a 2 minute walk down the road that has a good selection of everything you might need. One thing to note: you don't get keys to the front door and have to be let in every time by ringing a bell. Therefore, I believe there is a curfew after midnight, though that time could be off, if this will be an issue you should contact them as they are really friendly and may be wiling to accommodate you.

EstherHouse is a guest house that was opened by Esther. Esther is a woman’s name passed from biblical legends to modern times. No wonder that the landlady is fond of antiques and living space forming, where the traveller can get not only comfortable place to spend the night, but also fascinating atmosphere.

Reviewed By sophihiaI arrived on Ekaterininskaya Sq. 26th of July about 6 o`clock and had problem with navigator. I called manager and said about it, but she didn`t help me. When I found this place, she was in a bad mood, because it was so early. Sorry, but I have ticket on the train, which arrived in this time and I think, that manager Olya should be more friendly. Later a few people also had problems with her, but in the afternoon came open-minded girl and replaced Olya. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she is so cool!!! What about hostel: this is a really good place for people, who like art. I have seen many beautiful things in the living room. I was surprized, when hostel owner came. Esther is a very nice woman and we had a great conversation! I was living in the "room for girls" 2 days. Clean. Any ploblems, except for the lost remove control. Excellent location, beautiful view! I had relax in this place and, as the Terminator said: "I`ll be back" :)))))

This place is underrated
Reviewed By BeenThereDoneThereI had the single ensuite room for a night. This was probably the best hostel room I have ever stayed at. It had pretty much anything a traveler would need: a comfy big bed, air conditioning (priceless in summer), clean and functioning bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The room was quite affordable. Besides, the interior of the room was pleasant. The hostel itself is in a convenient location. No problems with the staff.
