Great value, modern and clean, wonderful staff
Reviewed By Atravel111We stayed at Abendruhe for 4 nights due to a family emergency and a need to be close to Deisenhofen. The location is excellent - one block to main street in Deisenhofen in a quiet neighborhood street and walking distance to the S-bahn to Munich. The room was spatious and newly renovated. Breakfast was not only very good but I also likely the sunny and tasteful breakfast room. Real nice and helpful owners and staff. Highly recommend.

Good hotel for a short stay
Reviewed By MarimiriStayed here on the way to Italy as it’s located very close to the highway. Located in small village, family run hotel that offers comfort and nice atmosphere. It’s has a nice restaurant with great service. The rooms as quite small but have basic standard.

nice and not very expensive location to stay nearby Munich
Reviewed By ChristianS9055+ fast and friendly check-in + all buildings in top condition, everything extremly clean + functional furniture and equipment + very comfortable TV-chair :-) + very clean and spacious room and enough space to stay overnight + private car parking free of charge + all rooms are quite quiet as whole location and buildings are not located near traffic road but in "green surrounding" with lot of trees + lot of green areas create a very peacful and relaxing athmosphere + huge selection of food for good and healthy breakfas, even with goat cheese + near to the highway and + near to center of village (walking distance) - no pets allowed

Comfortable accommodation in a Bavarian village
Reviewed By Martin327This was a good decision. Finding city centre prices a bit beyond my budget, I looked at the areas around Munich which could be accessed on public transport. Deisenhofen is the southern section of the district of Oberhaching, and it is a pretty Bavarian village area. The railway station at Deisenhofen is on route S3 of the Munich S-Bahn system. Trains run about every 20 minutes and will get you to the Hauptbahnhof in about 20 minutes for easy access to the city centre. Weissbrau is about 15 minutes walk from the station. The guesthouse is built in traditional style and looks very attractive from the outside. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was happy to provide me with information on local places to eat, etc. My room was compact but comfortable with a lovely view over the local area. It had a sink, TV and a kettle and the WiFi was adequate. Being a single traveller, it was shared bathroom accommodation but this was no great inconvenience as the facilities were clean and I never had to queue for a shower. There was a bar and restaurant on the ground floor which offered an excellent breakfast buffet. I can't fault this guesthouse or the hospitality I received here. Highly recommended.
