They truly treat you like gold from start to finish. Andre and Agus really run the place with such care, always ready with a helping hand and a smile Its not often you feel like you made lifelong connections but at Hai tide it felt like family. Highly recommend the resort and restaurant Hai Bar and Grill for the incredible food. Kadek the restaurant manager is always smiling, and remembered me by name. Little bit of paradise!
Reviewed By amieparisbentleyThe hotel arranged a pick up from the port which was really helpful as it was a very humid day. On arrival we got a refreshing fruit juice and the receptionist was so friendly. I was in awe of how stunning this place was, and as we walked to our hut I felt we was in heaven. The whole complex is so well kept, with all of the greenery and pools maintained to perfection. We had a hut directly overlooking the main pool with a lovely view of Bali. The hut was so clean and we loved the traditional decor. The best bit was the outside shower and toilet it was amazing to be able to experience this outdoor experience especially at night. We had breakfast included and had a gorgeous view of the fishermen and Bali each morning whilst eating a very tasty Nasi Goreng. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the port and some restaurants and shops, its also round the corner from a lovely yoga studio. We walked most places but moped hire was available. We also booked a boat trip from a little hut near the hotel which was really handy. I've booked to come back in 2021 as this hotel is just perfect.

Reviewed By Sisilya1109Visited Indiana Kenanga because we couldn't check in yet to our villa and this is by far our best place to spend the day in Lembongan island! We came here twice for lunch and breakfast, all the food is so yummy and well made like their pesto is freshly made, coffee was great and mostly I adored their design so boho chic! Would love to come back here again when I visited Lembongan island.

Reviewed By pascalvdhWe had booked with them for a one week stay, but they closed due to Covid19 and refused to refund us the money. That is simply theft and we are disappointed. We were lucky to have a good insurance, but be very careful! Won't book with them again.

From the restaurant, pool or our deluxe rooms, you will have perfect view of Shipwrecks, Razors, Lacerations and even down to Playgrounds. We have rental scooters at the hotel and water taxis are ready to take you snorkeling, diving, fishing or island tours anywhere at anytime.

The best thing about Tarci is the staff , they go out of their way to make your holiday a happy and enjoyable time , please support this family once restrictions are lifted and we can travel there again . The owner does a lot for his community and is not a greedy selfish person , he gratefully shares what he has and supports others not so fortunate. It’s a very tough time for many on nusa lembongan and Agus continues to maintain a encouraging environment through his dedication to village life. I have never had a bad experience staying here and look forward to future holidays. Great atmosphere and great food, beautiful sunsets and nothing to complain about

The service was fantastic and the rooms just what you need, particularly for such good value. Although the location is out of central Lambongan, the friendly manager Putu is happy to drive you where you need to go if enough notice is provided and only at a small fee. The fact that you are a quick 5 minute walk down to popular attractions Dream Beach and the Devils Tear offsets the location being out of central Lambongan. Overall, could not fault the resort and would not stay anywhere else in Nusa Lambongan. So happy we found this place!

Reviewed By SRKK2013We reached there by the afternoon ferry from Sanur. They arranged my transport from Sanur. There was good communication from them over WA. My twin cottage was excellent. The property is just near the Ferry point and its at walking distance. The pool although small is very well maintained. The place is secured. We stayed here for two nights and it was a memorable stay. The front office is very helpful. Housekeeping is very good. The travel desk is good and covers everything. The house restaurant has good spread. The only regret though is that they can have a better spread for the complimentary breakfast.

"Disappointing"
Reviewed By Susan EWe had never been to Nusa Lembongan before & were very excited about our stay here. We had looked at many hotels on this side of the island but were after interconnecting rooms, which does limit your choice. We were assured this hotel had them, my husband even phoned the hotel direct to confirm this... but when we arrived they were not interconnecting... just an interconnecting verandah! There was no one to meet us once we arrived at the island, we were put on the "bemo" with some other people staying at a different hotel. When we stopped we got out & the people sharing the transport had someone meet them & take them to their hotel. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE FOR US... we had to navigate lane ways & walk along the beach until we found our hotel... not a good start to our holiday!! Once we arrived a young guy asked if I wanted help with my bag... really! Where were you when the "bemo" pulled up... it's not a good look for the Hotel. I understand it's a small island but the power continually cut out & we had to go & advise them each time also on our last morning there wasn't water for a period of time to shower etc One morning my pancakes were quite raw so I sent them back & then asked for toast, I know it is only a couple of dollars (& I sound like a whinger) but they then charged me for ordering toast which I had to due to their mistake Not all the staff were friendly only some went out of their way to accommodate you On a positive the food in the restaurant (apart from that pancake disaster) was really lovely & we enjoyed eating there The location is fabulous... right on the beach for those beautiful sunsets & close to many other restaurants & the supermarket is close by too We loved our time at Lembongan but wished we had chosen a different hotel

Reviewed By AnindiliaSuitable for couple. They have 2 public pools, one inside the hotel and other next to the beach. But, if you book the villa, you will have your own plunge pool inside your villa. Well, The room was quite spacious with balcony. The breakfast was various and tasty.
