Great central hotel

Very conveniently located close to many restaurants, 10 mins from the water, buses nearby, parks etc. Reception was very friendly, not often the case in Russia. Check in was a breeze. A very nice room on the 4th floor. Quite spacious. A balcony looking over the city and to the water. On our rate, breakfast and dinner (traditional Russian style) was included. Breakfast was quite extensive (not a 5 star western hotel breakfast) but plenty of choice - cereal, compote, deli meats, cheese, salad, yogurt, sausages, etc and eggs could be ordered. Dinner was a basic Russian meal - some sort of meat with vegetables or salad, a desert and an included glass of house wine. About half the time we had the included dinner, other nights we spent A$80 - A$100 trying the good local restaurants nearby. Overall the hotel was in excellent shape. It looked in new condition, but 30 years old at the same time, if that makes sense. We normally look for some special feature, service or event to differentiate between 4 & 5 stars, but in this case everything was just that little bit nicer.Absolutely very highly recommended. We would only consider this hotel on a return visit.

Созвонились с владелец ей, она нам предложила пойти кого нибудь поискать, очень странно не находите. В итоге оказалось, что пока мы 15 минут бродили по двору, мужчина, как потом выяснилось, сидевший на улице и был тем самым, кто должен был встречать. На наш вопрос, почему он не представился, хотя видел и слышал что подъехали гости, сказал, что это же вам надо... Одним словом после 18 часов зарулем, муж сказал ему всё что о нем думал, на что в ответ, мы получили отказ в за селении. И славо богу. Мы нашли прекрасный отель, в два раза дешевле и у озера, а не в ж... Ё мира, где этот дом находиться.

Море рядом но пляжа нет !
Reviewed By Виктор ИОбычный домик в частном секторе , море как таковое рядом но там нет пляжа , обрыв и бетонные плиты с булыжниками и грязная вода , ходить пешком через весь частный сектор по жаре до пляжа на косе , Магнит в той же стороне и это не рядом , в номере ( не как в отелях ) - ни кто не убирается во время вашего отдыха , мусор хозяйка требует постояльцев выносить самим на помойку , ещё и нервничает по этому поводу , кондиционер когда уходишь из номера заставляет выключать и сходив по жаре в тот же магнит вы возвращаетесь в душный номер а не в прохладу , в соседнем доме живут вообще какие то латрыги вечно орущие матом под вашими окнами , походив по окрестностям увидели гостиницу Солнечная Гавань она ближе к морю и внешне намного цивильней , окна до пола , современный дизайн и есть бассейн , внутри не были но думаю получше там и ближе к пляжу ! Трансфер до аэропорта - это просто вызов хозяйкой машины по цене такси 1500 р.
