Such a quaint and serene place to hang out in the afternoon. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their signature coffee. Let the coffee sit for a minute after it's poured from the siphon then drink black or add a little sugar to taste. It's the best cup of coffee I've ever had.

Our good friends took us for a dinner to this cafe.my first impression was unique and cool interior judging from the decoration on the wall and the layout.I ordered kwetiaw goreng (fried ho fan noodle how we called it in uk)..which is perfect.tasty. my husband ordered rice sayur asem and fried chicken..which is tasty as well.My friends ordered bolognaise spaghetti.he said the taste is up to the standard of his expectation although you cant expect it exactly like same like the one from italy because the pasta or cheese type they dont import it from Italy.lols.Drinks? My capucino was great.i ordered sirsak juice as well.fresh n really creamy.Staffs are friendly and very acomodating when we needed something they prompted to provide. This cafe is in great location.good parking space and it got open air balcon where you can enjoy the warm weather at night while having a cup of coffee and light snacks with friends or your closest one.
Was pleasantly surprised that the cheesecake (although in my opinion it is mousse and not cake) was actually quite delicious. The cappuccino that ordered however did not meet my expectation. The design is open and surprisingly not hot.. it was actually a nice place to hang out! Cheaper than most other desert places in Medan. I may come back.. but just have a coffee elsewhere first.
Lekker Urban Food House is one of the first pioneer modern cafe/restaurant in Medan that focus on Indonesia & Western Cuisine since 2011.
Came to this place a bunch of times, the have one of the best pizzas in town, the fried rice comes in a huge portion for Indonesian. The staffs were very friendly, the place is accessorized with some very interesting "art" pieces.
Heard about this place from the web, hence had the urge to visit this place. It turned out to be a little cosy comfy cafe which serves interesting menu which includes not only light bites but proper size dishes for our work lunch. This place is a friendly cafe with nice modern "urban" or "kekinian" ambiance so "today" appearance and interesting interior and furniture. Right cafe for millenials who want to work or meet friends to chit chat and have good coffee. I ordered Mango Tango juice: mango, pineapple and marquisa (passionfruit) and for lunch my friend ordered Doffee Fried Rice (she said it was delicious), as for me, I had Crystal Noodle with Blackpepper Sauce. A must try!The taste that counts. The Mango Tango was soooo fresh. My Crystal Noodle with Chicken and black pepper? The sauce was so very yuummmm yumm! Will come back here for my little escape next time in Medan

This place is somewhere between a bar and restaurant that can get packed during weekend nights. Apparently a favorite of some of Medan's rich and beautiful youth wanting to see and be seen. The food is so-so and nothing to gloat about. For me Harbour 9 is more a watering hole with a nice ambiance that Medan is frequently lacking. Especially the inside has a good vibe. The waiters try their best to please the customers but at times mix up the orders and come back several times to confirm the order. Oh well, some room for improvement.I don't like the outside area that much being a bit too close to the road with the lights and sounds of cars passing by. The furniture and artificial grass carpet reminds me more of a garden setup rather than a hip hangout place it wishes to be. They surely could do better. If you already make it to the building hosting Harbour 9 - which is called Forum 9 - also have a look at District 10 right next to it and decide which one works better for you. For me, it is District 10 for sure.

Coffeenatics is an independent cafe in Medan serving excellent coffee and an interesting but simple menu.
Upper level was fully occupied with business lunch while lower level was not comfy enough to enjoy an afternoon meal.Though food was good but space n seating area were not wide enough to sit and enjoy.Burger was great, pasta too. Roast chicken was not too moist and juicy enough.Hi Marcella, Once again, thanks for reviewing, it is greatly appreciated. We take your feedback very sincerely. We will definitely send both your compliment and suggestion to the kitchen department. In terms of seating, we are planing to expand to the next building, meanwhile, we are very sorry for your inconvenience and hope you will bear with us. Cheers Harris & #TeamCoffeenatics

Bistronomix Cafe merupakan Cafe & Beer House yang terletak berseberangan dengan JW Marriott Hotel Medan. Menu Andalan kita adalah Frozen Beer -2 Derajat Celcius.
It was my first time to the bar, i sat upstairs outside and it was so cozy. Also the live music is good. And the food i will say fantastic. I fell in love with the place immediately. Itâs just the shisha that I ordered was a disappointment. I was hoping that they will give new charcoals everytime itâs finished, but they didnât do it even after i asked. Instead they asked me to order a new shisha but it was not even finished. Just the charcoal need to be changed.

This all-day Medan restaurant's theater-style open buffet stations feature a wide range of fare cooked in front of the guests. To enhance your Medan fine dining experience at this restaurant, allow yourself to enjoy a fabulous selection of desserts.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott for several weeks. I enjoyed the omelette station every morning with a cappuccino. Both of which were made to order and brought to my table. A big thank you to Etika, Icha, Nuriani and staff for making my stay pleasant and memorable.
