Waren zum erstem mal hier und sind positiv überrascht. Nette Bedienung und sehr gutes Essen. Die Hauptspeisen sind zwar etwas teuer, allerdings ist die Mittagskarte mit drei Tagesgerichten günstig. Portionen gross und Qualität super.

I was staying at the hotel where the Giorgio Restaurant is and had dinner two nights, on both occasions the food was really good, very good service, clean and a good menú to choose from with special day dishes, if you like pasta I would definetly suggest the one I had, Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino with tomatoes and King prawns really nice!!! Suggested by the waiter who was very helpfull. I would recomend this restaurant.

We came there because we bought a Voucher booklet (Gutscheinbuch). We came at 18pm, it was totally empty. Normally we wouldn't sit in an empty restaurant, because we go to restaurants for atmosphere, not just for food, but because we traveled far to get there, we sat at a table. We showed our Voucher booklet and the waiter rolled his eyes, saying something like, "not another one". Then came another older waiter, who told us that the publisher of the book made a mistake of writing that we get two meals for the price of one. This is actually a standard, so it was not publisher's mistake. Anyway, the old waiter said we could have one main dish free only if we ordered two full menus, which we didn't want to. So, we told him it was not fair, because we already spend time coming there, gas and parking money, but he didn't care. We don't like to be pressured into what we need to order for the voucher to be valid, and expected them to honor what was written on the voucher. If the deal worked for all the other restaurants who offered vouchers, then it should also for them, and any errors they should settle with the booklet publisher and not with customers. It seems they just used free publicity this booklet offered to get customer through the door, and then just blamed it on others just to escape keeping their end of the bargain. We left without eating there since the guy was extremely rude and wouldn't honor what the voucher was.

We had Sunday lunch here and had to wait nearly one hour for our food which can only be described as average. The house wine was not good and the salad a disaster. After reading such good reviews, we had hoped for a pleasant dining experience. Never again!

So I was in Düsseldorf the other day craving italian food. Found this local gem. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, the food there is delicious and the staff is great and friendly. I highly recommend anyone to try this restaurant if they are in the area! 10/10

An absolutely wonderful hidden gem of a restaurant. Just 15 minutes from city center. We hosted our German friends here and they had never heard of this restaurant. The food was excellent. The service was warm, friendly and attentive. You feel at home in this place. We are Americans who love discovering local family owned "neighborhood" restaurants. This was a great find and our German friends said they will definitely return with their local friends. So many nice words to say about this place, the food and the owners. Not to be missed. On the evening we visited we ate outside and then we're easily accommodated for dessert and coffee indoors as the temperature cooled. We will definitely be back.
