Wij hebben er onlangs met 2 gegeten.Allereerst een heerlijke Krombacher pils op het terras gedronken De serveerster was zoals altijd daar zeer vriendelijk.We hebben een Schnitzel Wiener art besteld voor een zeer aantrekkelijke prijs.Binnen zeer korte tijd werd alles geserveerd met gebakken aardappeltjes en een frisse salade erbij.Dit eten kostte 9.50 euro.Alles zeer smakelijk en voldoende.Hier komen we vast en zeker weer.Het restaurant is zeer makkelijk te vinden, vlak bij een hoge uitkijktoren die je bij helder weer absoluut even moet beklimmen Aanrader voor een korte pauze.

Went there last night with a group of friends and we totally agree with most other reviewers here, that the service clearly lacks supervision and is chaotic.While the restaurant was just about half full which I have never seen in other Bar Celonas/ Finca Celonas on a saturday night, there were numerous service staff who preferred to wait for drinks at the bar and chat to each other instead of using those 5-10mins. to take new orders. Food was OK, not the best, but nothing to complain about. However, we will never drink cocktails at this location again. At other Bar Celonas you will get a large 0,4l glass with a proper cocktail including crushed ice, whereas here they dare to serve a tiny longdrink glass full of ice cubes. Try again!!!

The Schlichte Hof is a bit outside of Bielefeld (actually a good 10 minutes drive from the center) and certainly not worth the hassle to go there. Whle the setting in an old house is very nice and actaully you sit in the old barn which has been nicely decorated the food we had was... well my girlfriend and I agreed that we would be shamed to serve such tasteless overfatted and undercooked food to any guests in our home. There really was a huge lack in basic cooking competences, so we are not talking something that has gone astray as can happen to anybody cooking from time to time.

We came here with our family on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Lunch served was ok. The shared platter with Italian dishes was nice. For children they had some basic courses, which are always greatly appreciated. For adults we had 'skrei', which was average. The saffron sauce was very watery. The lamb was very nice though. Well prepared and tender.

This was our first visit since the refurbishment, and it has been well done. The service and food quality was fine, however whist sitting in the restaurant there was a reluctance to serve items from the bar menu along side the restaurant menu, I feel that a mix and match should always be available as one of our friend dietary needs were only available from the bar menu.

This restaurant is situated in the middle of a residential area not far from the city center and close to the hotel we were staying in. Not having much time left on the evening of our arrival we planned our visit to this restaurant in advance.Vahle has a typical German old fashioned interior with some nice details in the decoration. Choice of dishes is quite large. We had a starter and a main course. The presentation of the dishes surprised us positively. We really enjoyed the food.Service is good as well. They always keep an eye on you. So, you aren't left waiting if you would like another drink.Only downside I could mention is that there were few customers (4 tables). But then again, as said we were there quite late and it was a weekday. If you're looking for a little bit upscale typical German cuisine, this is your place in Bielefeld.

We went here last Saturday. We had a booking upstairs and had a lovely time. A couple of our group had Wiener schnitzel and I had the roast schweinbraten which was delicious. My friend from Bielefeld had the Schweinhaxe which looked great. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I had a lovely dinner with clients here recently, and it was a very lovely experience. The fish was excellently prepared, and though I was totally satisfied with my own selection, I couldn't help casting a longing glance at everyone else's plate. Though we sat outside - the weather was wonderful - I did get a look inside the restaurant proper with its open kitchen. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

To me this was a very nice restaurant that is built on to the hotel.It is also where the breakfast buffet is located for the hotels guests as the Gerry Weber Sportspark Hotel in the same building.The dinner we had was very good and reasonably priced.I liked the Wetfalia regional speciality dishes...met sausage, smoked pork chops and special beans.Thank-you.

When visiting Halle (Westfalen) recently, we looked up Tripadvisor to find a good restaurant for lunch. To our surprise, Rossini gastronomie is not listed there! After some research, we found out that it is mistakingly listed under Halle (Saale), several hundred kilometers away. With Google maps, the exact location was given as Eggeberger Strasse 11, Halle (Westfalen): To get there, leave Halle in Northeasterly direction via Theenhauser Strasse, direction Theenhausern/Werther. Then, after some1.5 km, take a left at the sign "Golfplatz" (golf course). There is no sign to the restaurant itself. Drive some 500 meters up the hill and Rossini is at your left, at the golf course. It has a nice ambiance, with beautiful views over the golf course and the woods in the back, also from the large terrace. We were greeted warmly upon entering, seated nicely and given an overview of the various luncheon options. We opted for the business lunch, a 3-course meal with the following choices: Small house salad or soup; fried salmon with stir fried vegatebles and potatoes or pesto noodles with fried chicken breast, vegatables, mini tomatoes and Parmesan cheese,or vegetarian pesto noodles. Dessert was red fruit ice cream with fresh strawberries, or coffee. Everything we ordered was delicious, service was attentive and fast and all this for 14.90 euro's per person. This gem is not easy to find for people from elsewhere, but definitely worth a visit.
