Perfect in every single way
Reviewed By Maverik262002If I could provide 6 stars for this resort, I would have done so. First off, the grounds are magnificent, with a mind-blowing view of Khao Yai National Park as it’s picture perfect landscape. Top this off with a scrumptious breakfast and delectable (and substantial) afternoon tea, and service staff that are so genuinely friendly and pleasant, and they rate a solid 5 stars. The 6th star was because the security (?) pointed out that our car tyre (a Europcar rental) was running flat, and then with the help of the reception, proceeded to arrange for the patching of the tyre in double quick time so that our holiday was not affected. A huge shout of thanks to the team in The Series Khao Yai - they are a bunch of gems.

Shower area flooded, not fixed despite twice complained.
Reviewed By LiewTHThe room itself is pretty decent, neat and clean. The wifi is decent, as is the airconditioning. Hillside view is pleasant. But the shower area floods after a minute or two of showering. The blockage must be further down, as the water outflow from shower stall overflows out of the floortrap in the toilet floor. Despite two complaints on different occasions, this was not fixed. The breakfast buffet has poor choices, and the waitstaff do not bother to check if the food in the foodwarmer trays are running out. When I saw several were empty, I decided to call out to the staff who were chatting behind the omelette station, and he just looked at me in a disinterested manner, before slowly going to take the tray to the kitchen for refill or prepare a fresh batch. I will not recommend this hotel.

Limon Villa Khao Yai is a resort that is in Khao Yai, One of the top beautiful tourist selections in Thailand. Limon Villa Khao Yai is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The atmosphere makes you feel as if you were in your own private quiet resort, The sea mist in the early morning is a gorgeous as a portrait, breathe in the fresh air from various trees. And listen to the sounds of nature from the variety of birds and animals, that sounds like music from heaven. It will build an impression that will be hard to forget for all of our guests that have stayed with us at Limon Villa Khao Yai.

Reviewed By on_da_edgeWOW, such a fantastic time, fresh mountain air, green green and green! The resort is in a quiet area secluded in a local village on the edge of the national park. Very close to all attractions. Pet chickens roaming around the gardens and lemon trees...yes that's right huge lemons growing on the trees! We stayed in the awesome four bed villa with full kitchen, great for the family. Staff were fantastic, many thanks for a relaxing and pleasant stay, we will return.

Acceptable in general. Not so good facilities

The sound proofing and the shower were deal breakers - we stayed at the room right next to the elevator and we could hear the service staff slamming doors and the next door neighbours talking very clearly. The shower temperature alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold without ever being in the comfortable range on the first night. It got slightly better the second night, then was not a problem at all on the last night. The cleanliness and the breakfast were the saving grace for the experience. They offered a good variety of food at breakfast and there were no problems at all. There were tents set up in the lawn to let guests chill and relax outdoors. The lights made the area very cozy at night. You can see that hotel tries hard to provide good service, but the hardware is unfortunately not as accommodating. The building went for a fake Italian style that was not tasteful. The thin walls and uncooperative shower made the stay uncomfortable.

Good but not worth the price
Reviewed By thaifunWe have mixed feeling about this hotel. The price tag of this resort is the highest in the area. The service is good especially the lady at the restaurant. Breakfast is adequate but delicious. The Mountain View unit we stayed was spacious and nicely designed. (though the view is not great as attached). The key issue at this hotel is the bed and bed linen quality. They were very worn out and made us smelly like sweat in the morningฺ It liked slept in the bed and on pillows that have been used for more than 10 years so even though the worn out bed linen looked clean the smell was from the inner pillows duvet and mattress that have been used for long time. Sleep quality is the most important factor we used to rate hotel. At this price tag we expect a better quality mattress duvet and bed linen or view. Quality of towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom were sub standard and should be improvedฺ The breakfast room was also next to the place the staff used area which didn’t look nice. The allowance of dogs without rules in the common area made us look at the view of pooping dog on the grass in front of the breakfast area while we had breakfast. Shall we return? The answer is definitely No. All in all the quality of bed and view of room we stayed worth 20% lower price tag. If that the case we would not complain as we would have not expect much.

Reviewed By bushrah2016What a wonderful place to relax. They had bicycles which the kids rode, horse riding (Very short but enough), clean air, proximity to the national park and delicious food. We were here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The open air shower was lovely as was the balcony.

Reviewed By HwasalNice place for relaxing with forest and mountain. Friendly staff and delicious food made it more comfortable. Hotel was located in the middle of Kao yai community, not far from other activities. But I like to stay and relax myself in hotel area.

There is a swimming pool (I didn't get a chance to play in) that isn't very big but it's a bright blue colour and looks beautiful ?. The food is good and there's salapao which is tasty?.
