Having visited here previous, we were hopeful of another great evening and meal. Sadly this proved not to be the case.Despite having booked a table (8 adults 1 baby) and asking for a specific table, we arrived to find that we were directed to a round table - which subsequently became a table for 6 when we declined to sit there.Having made it to our seats we ate.Starters were decent - we shared crab cakes all was well.Main courses - our party found them alright. My special S&S kebab was okay - not really special - beautifully presented but little more than glorified meatballs that you get anywhere. My wife's burger was, again, okay - they deconstruct the burgers so you have the option to have a burger bun. Others in our party fared differently - no noodles for the vegetable noodle bowl so it came with rice instead. The meat lovers pizza excellent - Indeed all the pizzas that I saw looked the best choices.Sadly, one of our party found a caterpillar in his salad. Initially we formed the impression that the owner / server was going to just pick it off the plate.It was taken away and returned without the added protein bonus.We were then told that it had fallen from the vines above our heads. I rather think not - an apology and perhaps even a discount would have been better.No discount was offered so we paid the bill to the penny and omitted any form of tip.Overall - food was variable but not as good as on previous visits unless you had pizza. I don't think that we'll make the effort to visit next year.Thank you for you comments. First of all sorry for your table problem, but finally you've got your table, right? Your meals was nice i asked several times to you, and as you wrote all meals was ok. Noodles, yes you're right, but i asked to you, can we serve with basmati rice and you accept... If you have any problem you could change your order... We had a nice served to you, offcourse everytime we can have problems; most important point, we need to solve... If you write your comment just for a discount, we are sorry; our prices and meals already best in Bodrum. So you should to come next year...Best regards

We had lunch here today.Food was great and service very personal.My fillet steak at first was over cooked but they replaced it quickly. My husbands order of ribs over sweet corn was perfect.The wine we chose was excellent. Red âUrlaâ. Highly recommend OX for their food, service and ensuring everything is just right.

This is a warm and cozy place that offers good food, classic cocktails and live jazz music right inside woods but still somewhat close to the city center of Bodrum. The food menu mostly consists of casual and contemporary American food like burgers, tacos, wings, mac and cheese etc. The fish taco and corn beef was exceptionally good. Their homemade ice creams with funky flavors are also really good. Itâs obvious that the chef has been to US or worked with someone who did, with all the details sprinkled here and there in the menu. The bartenders and servers are friendly and doing their absolute best to accommodate you well. Live bands play like 3-4 nights a week and theyâre mostly well known local bands and musicians ranging from funk to soul but mostly jazz. Tonight a band called Ates Tezer Quartet was taking up the stage, performing some great tunes suitable for dining. The âin-the-woodsâ background plays a huge part in the creation of the fairy-tale atmosphere. We were served by Ali who was so attentive and good natured (patient) when we had children faffing about and changing their minds etc. He was very sweet and eager to please. The Turkish Sauvignon Blanc we drank was excellent and the food everyone ate was enjoyed by all (t bone steak, mushroom steak, sea bream, pizzas, Caesar salad). They have a little kids menu and very food WiFi. Also the view is to die for . Lovely clean toilets. Large selection of drinks and reasonably priced.
