Husband and I went in for dinner around 7:30pm. Staff alerted us right away they couldn’t seat us because it would take over an hour to get food. Keep in mind the restaurant closes at 10pm and there were multiple tables inside and outside that were open. We were very perplexed why they couldn’t seat us... other reservations perhaps? I’m not sure but it’s bad service to turn people away when there are open seats and you say it’ll take too long to get food..when there’s 3 hours left for dinner service!

We visited Provo to stay with our daughter and son-in-law, who are long-term residents there, as part of my wife's birthday celebrations. We booked the four of us in for dinner on our chosen evening, two days in advance. On the day itself we phoned again to check on what vegan options would be available for our daughter, only to be told abruptly that we could not be accommodated as they had a wedding reception booked-in for that very evening! This was a real disappointment for us, especially as the dinner was for a very special occasion - which is why we had taken the trouble to book a table in advance. How awful it would have been if we had not phoned up to check on vegan meals and had just turned up in accordance with our advance booking, presumably to be turned away at the door. Not the level of service we expect from a respected establishmentPlease accept our sincere apologies for not communicating with your group about your reservation. We will be discussing this at our next meeting to ensure this is not repeated. We do hope you will dine with us on your next visit to the island.
