Little did we know, but eventually found out, that Peruvian food is the preferred cuisine for Chileans. We walked into this resturant because it looked interesting and we were hungry. Our taste buds exploded when tasted our food. It was unreal! Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is definitely my favorite place of my trip there. The ambiance is cool and make you feel in vacation. The waitress is super kind. The food is awesomeIf you are looking for a place to eat in your journey at Valparaiso, you need to stop there.

I had dinner here with a friend as the some Chilean friends and the tour guide recommended it. We really enjoyed it, food was fresh ( especially fish) and good and the service very friendly. Highly recommended.

I love every aspect of Espiritu Santo except the prices, which may be the highest of any restaurant in Valparaiso. Don't get me wrong. The food is creative, delicious and gourmet. The service is informed, prompt and impeccable. The decor is classy and modern. But one suffers sticker shock for dishes that would be 40% cheaper at most restaurants in Valpo or Santiago. Be that as it may, my party of three enjoyed an excellent dinner on a Saturday evening. We shared a bottle of the Santa Carolina Mourverdre, which was excellent and the mollejas (sweat breeds) starter. Two of us had fish dishes and my father-in-law had the duck. I loved my Merluza Austral with salad and beans. My description doesn't do it justice, but the seasonings and sauces really made this dish. Merluza Austral is ubiquitous in Chile, but this kitchen knows how to do something special with it. Our waiter was bilingual, prompt, knowledgeable and charming. The clean, white modern decor with creative lighting looks brand new, though this restaurant has been around for years. In the end, my only qualm is with the price tag. This restaurant would be good for a romantic dinner.

Gorgeous interior, high ceilings, chandeliers...really lovely. Prix fixe meal, we had the 1st seating. The starter was either octopus or shrimp and langostino, we had both as there were 3 of us. They were ok. The main course was sesame crusted tuna but they overcooked it. It was dry and didn't taste good. My sons steak was, just steak, no seasoning and not delicious meat. I liked the dessert. Passion fruit popsicle, chocolate bon bon, and strawberry crème. Service was ok.

Delicious lunch today with efficient and friendly service. The tuna was perfectly cooked. In so many restaurants it is overcooked. But I enjoyed it today very much. Also are the s same dish here some months ago. It was perfectly cooked then too.Wine pairings are bought by the glass (unless you want a bottle) and p w tired well. Ok price too.Ate with my partner who also loves this restaurant.Best of all was dessert which we shared.Great view.What more to say....We will be back

Went twice to the restaurant while in ValparaÃso. Very impressed with the food and service. The view from the restaurant and patio is the best you will find in ValparaÃso. Pulpo app excellent Bruschetta unbelievable. Pastas all great.

Hidden away at the upper part of the old town but well worth the effort to find this little gem of a restaurant.Great views over the city at night especially from the outside terrace.Romance on a plate ! Food was great as well...Ciabatta toast with parmesan cheese,Cerviche of fish with shrimps and lemon turmeric sauce.Main course Austral hake,mustard emulsion and dauphinoise potatoes all rounded off with a yummy chocolate crème brulee and clementine sorbet.Service friendly and efficient and top quality food served with style.I rather liked the place-lots !
