Went for a local pizza place without tourist intetference. It turned out right! Found this place where we were the only tourists and everyone else local couples and family. Thats when we knew we found the right place. Ordered antipasti with shrimps and salad and thougth that this was the main course. Hereafter two pizzas, nice crust and original toppings. Very fair pricing and lovely local italian entertainment.

We recently stayed in a wonderful location near Scandicci, that provided great accommodations, but no food. We were looking for a laundry after a few days of wearing the same clothes, and lucked into this little spot right down the street from the laundromat. We were a bit of a novelty, being from the US, but were well treated, and the waitress was happy to have someone to practice her english with (which was pretty good already!). We had dinner here a few days, tentatively starting with open-oven baked pizza, and getting more adventuresome each day. After a few days we were greeted like locals! This is not a gourmet place, just a great small place where the locals come to eat, or carry out. Need a place that locals like, for a reasonable priced meal? Give this place a try!

Whow! What a restaurant!!Incredibly busy but youthful and pleasant staff well able to cope with a full restaurant with queues waiting for tables as previous diners left.Cozze, mussels. In a peppery soup for starters and a combination of frito misto de mare with vegetables tempura for the main course for me and melon and ham starter and grilled fillet beef for my wife were all excellent and served hot and cooked exactly as requested. Other patrons had a variety of dishes including a vast choice of pizzas and pastas.The wine selection was good and prices were reasonable.Worth a visit.

Despite the chinese\italian management it's a great place for Japanese food lovers.Although it was Saturday we've been promptly seated. It was our first time in this restaurant and it has been a really pleasant dinner. We had mixed sushi, huramaki with fried prawns and with avocado and salmon, tempura and salmon rolls.Very good quality and reasonable prices: with one Asaki beer, one bottle of water, one dessert and two awful coffees we spent â¬65.

This place, for me, epitomizes the Italian dining experience. Tasty food, fresh ingredients, customized service, and awesome atmosphere. Giangi, whoâs in charge of the restaurant, is very attentive and will make sure to suggest dishes that suit your tastes. Prices for dinner were very affordable, and they also seem to have a cheap lunch menu, in true Italian style. Will definitely come back, and would definitely recommend a visit here during your stay in Florence.

This is a must if your are in Scandicci. Lovely and fresch food, with a lot of vegetables. We tryed som stuft vegetables, crostinis with vegetarian toping, antipasti with salame and cheese and ended with pasta. Everything was so fresch and verry tasty. We also bought some fruth, vegetabels, beer and a buttle of Ferrari reserva with us because this is also a nice shop. The owners and there staff maked us feel so welcome. we will definitely come back next time we are in the area. So make sure ju dont miss Saladier is my advice.

Yes the view is to die for and the food very good.Not a big choice of starters and mains and pasta but what we tried was very well done and presented and we got a great bottle of wine (Bolgheri). Not so easy to find coming from Florence but nevertheless worth the drive.Thank you for your kindness, we really appreciate your review. We prefer quality over quantity, that is the reason why there is not a big choice of starters and mains and pasta. We look forward to seeing you soon. Best regards

Went here for dinner - don't expect a fancy restaurant. It is more like a bistro but you have the opportunity to sit outside.You can choose between various fish and meat and other sides as chips etc. just mix it yourself and enjoy. Definitely worth eating here!Very friendly staff as well!!
