The restaurant is oddly located - enter the high limit area, walk through the noodle bar and then upstairs. Our view was obstructed by foliage. Our server was friendly but not able to make recommendations or clarify menu items. Apps, escargot and Caesar salad, were tasty and both portions were large. For steaks we had a N.Y. strip and tenderloin. Both were cooked were to order. Mac and Cheese side dish was ordinary. Overall it was a nice dinner but service and food didnât really live up to price point. Thank you for leaving us a review and sharing your recent experience with us. We got free (buffet)breakfast at Buchanan's with an upgrade room package at the Doubletree Fallsview. Both days the restaurant was only moderately busy. The service was fast and friendly. The options were reasonable, but not overwhelming, including someone who would make you custom omelettes, fried eggs, etc. The place is not overly fancy, but perhaps they "dress it up" for dinner.We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your visit. Skylon Tower is a great way to experience Niagara Falls, both American and Canadian, while seated and dining on delicious food. The seafood was wonderful and I heard the steaks were also great. Service was very good. Ladies, don't leave your purse on the window ledge because the room revolves and will move away from it.

The ambiance is spectacular - such a beautiful restaurant. We had breakfast here and the food was fabulous. French pressed coffee was superb, eggs benedict & the chefs special...spectacular. Very friendly service from the staff. Do not make the mistake of thinking breakfast is cheaper elsewhere - it isn't and you get so much for your money here. Quality food. Tried this place for first time to celebrate my inlaws anniversary. Everything was great dinner was couples special for &79 per couple includes soup or salad entree and dessert we chose to upgrade dessert to fancy coffees for $5. Two thumbs up for this place. I almost forgot to mention the singing servers. Oh and make reservations it gets busy

I feel that you can't go wrong with whatever you order at this restaurant! Delicious apps & great ribeyes! Service was great, restaurant was quiet, nice music, and wine selection was good! Glad we chose this restaurant over the EXPENSIVE steakhouses in the area! It was fantastic!It's always nice to have options! Tide and Vine was recommended to me for a bridal shower. Honestly the food was incredible and the service beyond our expectations. The clean up by the Kylie and Monica was incredible. Literally my house was put back together and spotless despite having 35 people at our event.
