Sometimes you just don;t expect such good food! We came in and were looking at each other like... okay... is this it?Plastic chairs outside with a lot of children around the swimming pool, the chef cook walking around serving tables....But then we sat down... The chef came to us and explained it was busy because it was friday and then they had "unlimited fish". So we said okay lets do this. We also choose the "Carpaccio" as a starter.We got the carpaccio and it was so fresh!! with a special "smoked" taste to it. Then we got an amuse, minsed chicken balls. And again... Fresh and very very good.As the main cource we had the fish platter which was way too much! but soooo fresh and tastful. (3 different types of fish)Besides this they served "Patat in een puntzak" as a side dish. These French fries are really great. No wonder the table next to us took the leftovers with them....Great dinner guys! Keep up the good work.

The four of arrived after being recommended this restaurant and first impression was that he was nicely decorated. We ordered but took a while for bread and wine to arrive. From the outset we found the staff rude arrogant, actually looked like they didn't want to be there at all. You couldn't get their attention to ask for anything because they were all 'too busy'! The most arrogant one we dubbed as "Mr Chuckles' especially because he looked like it had been years since he last had one. On a note in the menu my husband and friend had the fish and chips, they both agreed it was the best they had, but I on the other hand had mussels which resulted in me writhing in agony later that night, violent throwing up and manifested a demonic possession of my intestines. Here's to the group that we're sitting behind us who sat there before us and had to suffer watching us eating when they had't even been given a scrap if bread in all that time waiting..

Het vlees in onze gerechten halen we bij de lokale vleesboerderij, waar de dieren uitsluitend regionaal voedsel krijgen en in de zomer heerlijk kunnen grazen met hun kalfjes bij de kudde. Geen zin om uitgebreid te eten? Dan neemt u één of meerdere snacks

Great food. Great service. Very friendly staff. Views were fab. Best coffee I had during my stay in Zeeland - and I tried a lot! Corazon burger was delicious.

Went here for a quiet dinner after a long day scuba diving. Had the menu/suggestion of the chef. And wasn't dissaponted. The portions were not big but it was more than enough to fill me up. Like the fact they cook in a Big Green Egg. Very tasty. House wine was also good

Hungry after sunny day at the beach. Let's go to a "brasserie". We were pretty disappointed. Why ? Well, the prices versus sizes of the portions suggested some kind of premium quality, which could absolutely not been make true. Being hungry, we had to discover that the portions were very shy, both from the main menu and the side dishes. Yes, we could ask more side dishes as we did, but somehow it comes too late and it's annoying to keep asking attention. The restaurant obviously must learn and decide whether to develop as brasserie at a fair price/quality level, or, to invest and migrate as premium class establishment. Actually it's none of both and therefore we could not leave a positive rating.

We only need a small bite on our way from Amsterdam to the Belgium Coastline. To skip the congestions around Rotterdam and Antwerp, we decided to take the more minor roads through Sealand. I was happy that you could get small bites like Bitterbollen, which was perfect. The staff members were friendly and attentive. So the ideal place to have a food break.

I visited this restaurant with my sister and brother-in-law after a boat trip in that area.The location of this restaurant is very good, but I found my food very disappointing.I had ordered a good steak, but it was tough and not well cooked at all.We enjoyed sitting in the great outdoors and the views of the sea.Service was not particularly great either and staff was very rushed and not at all attentive.A pity.....

Great restaurant in the neigbourhood. Fresh fish with pure taste. Friendly service and excellent prices. The restaurants looks very modern and clean inside. Small tip: The sign outside should be refurbished as it doesn't represent the outstanding dishes and the modern look of the restaurant itself.
