Severodvinsk (Russian: Северодвинск, IPA: [sʲɪvʲɪrɐdˈvʲinsk]) is a city in the north of Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, located in the delta of the Northern Dvina River, 35 kilometers (22 mi) west of Arkhangelsk, the administrative center of the oblast. As of the 2010 Census, the population was 192,353. Due to the presence of important military shipyards (specialised in submarines since the Soviet period), Severodvinsk is an access restricted town for foreign citizens. A special pass is required.

A comfortable restaurant with a nice ambience and pleasing decor. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. The kitchen delivers good quality food; I can highly recommend the pizzas!The service is attentive and welcoming. A good choice for breakfast or brunch.

The Bobroff has a sort of traditional-Russian decor--wood beams, matching dresses on the waitresses, that kind of thing. It follows through by offering Russian cuisine of the local variety and six varieties of their own beer.The beer was one of the highlights. Another was the caviar. We'd had caviar at the Pur-Navolok the night before (when in Russia, eat caviar, right?) and thought it pretty good. However, we ordered the same thing at the Bobroff, and it was two or three steps better. Looked the same, but it must have been way fresher or something, because it was just way better.My wife had a traditional Arkhangelsk soup, which appeared to contain bits of fish meat and fish liver. She pronounced it supurb, saying the livery bits were just like a mild pate. I had a more American-friendly salad, which was good but not on the level of the Arkhangelsk soup.If anything prevents me from giving the Bobroff a five-star rating, it's the mains. Understand, they weren't bad by any means, and I wouldn't refuse any of them. They just weren't *excellent*. I had beef with bilberry sauce: good, but a trifle chewy and a bit small. My wife had chicken baked in cheese: also good, but maybe a little oily. Still, the whole meal was a great package, and the restaurant is a nice place to go.Also note the mains come without side dishes. Vegetables and potatoes can be ordered seperately, although that adds a bit to the expense obviously.Although out server didn't speak English (and we speak only a smattering of Russian), the menu was cross-labelled in English and Russian, so a bit of miming and pointing and everything worked out OK.

English-themed pub with great choice of beers. Beers are well kept and properly served. As an Englishman I feel well qualified to judge!The seafood was very good although the chips were disappointingly soggy.Good service and an ambience that made me feel at home.

We tried colourful macrons today...May happen that a baker team did not have his/her best day (I truly hope). Macrons has a hard crust, under-baked and tasted exactly the same despite its different colours. Your chef needs simply to get a delivery from Laduree in Moscow in order to see the difference. Itâs a great place otherwise filled with people who do not seem to care and itâs great. Staff is helpful and efficient. We want to get more specific information about your visit, are you taste something else expect desserts? Of course, weâre very pleased that you are comparing us with such a famous confectionery as Ladurée, but we position ourselves primarily as a âcafe and bakeryâ, and in our menu there are about 1000 items, we have a varied cuisine, more than 20 types of bread and baking, an interesting cocktail menu. Donât you really enjoy our dishes? Of course, we apologize once again for the under-baked macarons, but we are constantly working to improve the quality of our products and the exclusion of similar situations, and as a rule in our company we never take money for a poor-quality product. Our âbusiness lunchâ last almost for all second half of the day. Food is very well made, service is also friendly, quick and reataurant atmosphere is nice - mixture of old Russian style, but accepted for everybody. You should try tartare from salmon and tuna - waiter prepares it for you close to your table. Any kind of fish food is tasty. Fishes look very fresh - river bank is just on oposite side of street. I like the restaurant and can recommend to everybody who is able to pay for high value.
