A very nice atmosphere attracts the tourist with plane but very tasty burgers - the sweet potatoe fries are very recomandable - at noon for 12 euros You get a cold and warm drink and a side as a special deal

Festsaal was pretty empty when we visited but it really shouldn't be, the food as fantastic! Plus the service was excellent, particularly as we had a baby with us. Seems that mushrooms are a speciality, not a bad thing though, all cooked to perfection!

Means two stars in the red guideThis is possibly a bit too much but the young aspiring chef has definitely the capability to cook at one star level for prices at level of other local far less aspirative restaurants A detour you will need as it is off the beaten track and not in Frasdorf but only 5 min from the Autobahn or so no satnav Codeschutz the villageThe interior think modern Bavarian country style with a touch Nordic austerity and you really right. Excellent service very attentive a traditional (think Wiener schnitzel in perfection) and more adventurous ( think loup de mer with truffle potulack foam) is available as well as a well priced degustation menuA starter of truffle foam with cauliflower was a great start at 9/10 nicely decorated , nice crockery tooThen followed by roast dear with perfect Knödel (the chef has done a dumpling cook book) 8/10 the red cabbage a tad too soft for me but the meat perfectNice selection of open wines, too in driving friendly 0.1l sizes always a good signI like be back (sad in deep rumbling voice)Caution no credit cards and no cash machine in the village That s the one thing to change
