I live between Paris and Papeete, where I experienced most of the restaurants, this one is special because it is operated by a very professional cook, who knows what good food and hospitality means, his qualities are reflectedin the team which is very gentle, and attentionate to each customer's request. Nice Gluten free choices and excellent hot GF rolls with dinner. I had the vegetables risotto and my wife had the salmon. We enjoyed both dishes a great deal. Good service. The only negative is outside they do allow smokers so try to get upwind if there are any. Prices very typical for Tahiti but reasonable considering the food quality and that they include tip and tax.

Very casual, cheap and wonderful food. Itâs essentially a food truck with quaint outdoor patio seating. Donât expect fancy, donât expect restrooms and do bring cash. Dinner for 4 was $57. The guys had steaks and the ladies had chicken. We couldnât finish it. it was great simple food

We very much enjoyed all our meals at this restaurant. We would usually have the breakfast buffet which had more than enough options. Our lunch and dinner's were equally as good with a really great variety to choose from. We enjoyed the food so much we went back for a second dinner several weeks later. Both times I had the seafood gratinée which had lots of seafood in a delicious sauce. The wine list is good but as everywhere expensive. There is a good selection of desserts and we enjoy the ones we tried. The server both times with a very friendly, gracious Tahitian woman. Itâs a must in Papeâete to visit these lovely roulottes for food. We sat and watched all the stalls setting up which was cool, and the food was great and remarkably cheap for French Polynesia. We will be revisiting in a few days for our last night in French Polynesia & canât think of a more authentic ending to an amazing trip!

Great local place. Huge portions of French-Tahitian food. I had the parrot fish with tropical fruit and a great cream sauce with coconut. My wife had the shrimp, similarly prepared. Very friendly and efficient service. It was a bit pricey, but you left feeling you got your moneyâs worth.
