If you take a tour in Bologna's foothills, in the famous area for grapes and wine called San Lorenzo in Collina, you will have a nice surprise discovering the typical RiSoldo restaurant, which I would call the Pizza's paradise. All pizza are made with wholegrain flour worked in the same day it's served. You just have to sit down, the waiters which are very polite will explain you the available ingredients and options. I would suggest you to simply let them chose for you, they will propose you plenty of very good combinations, i.e. pizza with sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese etc. In addition to good quality it's nice to know that for the same price you can go ahead until you are full, they bring you as many pizzas as you want.At the end, you can have included in the fixed price also the sweet pizzas with cacao cream or mascarpone The drink like bear, wine and water are also included.Even if I have eaten much during the dinner, I had no digestion problems during the night, which means that RiSoldo's Pizza were well made.To sum up: very good food quality, nice place and atmosphere, and you can eat as much food as you want at reasonable price, what to ask more ?Just take note that the restaurant is regularly opened at dinner from Thursday to Sunday each week.

We were on a touch and go at Bologna airport. Our hotel did not have any food in our timing. We drove to the closest restaurant around and we found The Stella!What a nice surprise. You feel at home. Clients seem to be regulars from the neighborhood. A typical borgo restoro. Fantastic pizzas and spaghetti pomodoro absolutely stunning. With hand cut tomatoes and sauce. Excellent

The place doesn't look like much from the outside and it's pretty cheerless once you're inside. Above average are just the prices, which are not justified, in my opinion, by the overall quality of the restaurant. Also, if you order wine by the glass you won't find its price in the menu.While the Cabernet I was offered was very good, I thought 5 Euro for a glass was too muchâbut I only found out when I asked for the check; a mistake I won't make again.Food was good but, again, somewhat overpriced.

Ottimo locale che spazia da pizzeria, rosticceria, spaghetteria.Propone sia piatti di carne che pesce con un'ottima qualità della materia prima.Nonostante la varietà tutti i piatti sono buoni, e posso confermarlo personalmente visto che pranzo spesso in questo locale.Da provare gli spaghetti con ricetta speciale aglio, olio e peperoncino.Unica pecca trattandosi principalmente di rosticceria ...il locale risulta un po piccolo se volete fermarvi li a mangiare ma d'estate si può mangiare anche all'aperto.

Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, spesso in ritardo e una pizza che non è all'altezza della presunzione dei proprietari. Spesso poco cotta e poco digeribile. Unico vantaggio, il prezzo ancora accessibile. Molti errori nelle consegne, ritardi e pizza arrivata spesso in ritardo. Consiglio sicuramente altre pizzerie in zona con servizio a domicilio migliore.

After a long day of travel we just wanted something quick for dinner. Marco, the owner, found us a table and explained the three types of pizza base to us, thin and crispy, double rise and something else that Iâve forgotten. The dough matures for eight days before it is baked and this makes it easier to digest or so we were told. Anyway, the menu is six pages long of every combination of topping you can think of even pizza with pasta on top but we didnât try that. Service was excellent and brisk and the six of us could have been in and out in no time at all but we were made such a fuss of and felt so comfortable there that we forgot our tiredness. The pizzas were delicious and the home made desserts ( especially the tiramisu) were wonderful. Thank you Marco and your wonderful team of staff especially Ramsey. By the way, we all ate here on our last night in town and it was equally as good and Marco treated us as long lost friends. Pizzeria che sorge lungo la statale di fronte alla Coop, ci sono stato diverse volte, la location è semplice, sufficientemente ampia e funzionale anche se una rinfrescata ai locali e agli arredi sarebbe utile. Il menù è ricco di proposte sia di pizzeria che del ristorante e ce nè un po' per tutti i gusti. La qualità della pizza è discreta, i primi li ritengo molto buoni così come i condimenti e i dolci. Il servizio è buono, i camerieri sono gentili e professionali, così come i titolari. Il conto è più che onesto e inferiore ad altri locali di pari livello, a pranzo accettano i buoni pasto.Giudizio finale: buona pizzeria a prezzi competitivi, perfetta per cene di gruppo e tra amici.

Nice little spot near the edge of town. Owner was so friendly and helpful even though he didn't speak much English. But we are in Italy and the Google translate helped us both. We had a nice crispy calzone that tasted good. Give it a try when in the area.

The pizza was nice but it remained on mu stomach for more than 24 hours. I will not return there because after 2 days I still have not digested the food.Very very fast service, the restaurant is plain, not very nice. The position of the restaurant is behind a petrol station and not in a real good position in a industrial arra.Perhaps for a s quick lunch for those working in the area it would do.
