We came across this pizzeria on our first night in Pisa. Located a short distance from the leaning tower. We choose to sit outside - there is also seating inside. We were given an English menu and selected pizzas. Service was quick and friendly. Pizzas were delicious- the best Iâve had. They accommodated my friends requests - she is a vegan and said her pizza was also the best of the trip.

Forno d'Oro was within walking distance from our B&B and we ate here 3 times.The pizza is wood-fired and excellent and very reasonably priced at around 7-10euro each depending on the topping.Service is brisk and professional. It is a very, very, very busy restaurant every night so they don't have time to be chatty. Most staff speak enough English to be able to take orders for food and drinks.The restaurant isn't open on Mondays but you can grab pizza and dinner at the other branch of Forno d'Oro just a bit further down the road; where the food is equally as good.

My partner & I read the reviews on TripAdvisor & werenât disappointed! The pizzas were well worth the wait! Delicious flavoursome pizza! I had the tomato, basil & oregano & my partner had the egg & bacon based pizza! Ingredients were so fresh!!! The wait was quite a while - maybe 45 minutes but if youâre not in a rush, would definitely recommend! We recently dropped off at this delightful little restaurant on our way back to Pisa one evening. Pleasant, prompt service, good pizzas, cold beers - all for a reasonable price. Just what the doctor ordered!We left refreshed and revived.Recommended.

Came across this restaurant after we had climbed to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa- we were pretty hungry. We got the last table - which was inside. There is seating both in and outside. Service was efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was nice not too noisy. The food was delicious- my pasta was the best I think Iâve ever had. Portion size for me was fine - if you have a big appetite you would probably think it on the small side. If I go back to Pisa I will definitely search out this restaurant again.

Fantastica la pizza con nduja e melanzane, gustosa, non pesante e impasto giusto. Tornerei per assaggiarne altre. Prezzi di bevande considerati un p più alti del previsto. Nel complesso ci tornerei se capitassi in zona. Cameriera cordiale e alla mano.

We ate at this establishment while on a European motoring holiday. We were told by the locals that this was THE place to eat true authentic pizza - how right they were. Service was brilliant throughout. No artificial/ frozen/ ready made/ pre-prepared produce at this place. Everything is fresh.Our pizzas were cooked to perfection - the size of them being in a word - HUGE. The taste ?Everything on the base was cooked to perfection, each ingredient came through, enabling you to enjoy the wonderful flavours. The dough base was absolutely perfect.Highly recommend this place - definately one for the world gastro map.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. I was not sure if all the hype in the reviews should be taken seriously but after two weeks in Tuscany, this restaurant stands out as the best food we had the entire time. The muscles were exquisite, my spaghetti Vongole was exceptional and my husbandâs pizza was extraordinary. Iâm running out of superlatives to describe our evening there. Just GO!!
